My microwave went out. The part that needed replaced has a 10-year warranty. Not only were they friendly, as they were the last two times I've used their services, but they were fast, friendly, and their labor costs are very reasonable.

Repaired my Samsung T.V. that was bought from Costco a few years back. Had a warranty that covered the cost of the repair. Workers were quick and polite. Communication was great.
