I, nor my recipients have ever been disappointed. Should really rate them 10 stars...and on top of it all, they are really nice people to work with!”

“Their customer service is A+, I dealt with Brandon. We purchased a after market claw machine and had issues. He sent me videos on how to fix and even helped with replacement parts for a 20 year old unit. Great, responsive company!”

“We wanted to get some puzzles for our 3.5 year old and figured we'd check the place out. He was up to like 100 pieces puzzles, which I didn't see on the website, but once we stepped in the staff greeted us and told us of the children's puzzles room off to the right. It was perfect. Exactly what we needed. We grabbed a couple and we're out quick. Pleasant experience. Will definitely be back.”

“I had a nice discussion with the Owner (she deals with antique and vintage toys plus other things) who’s been in business 43 years and she was helpful and shared information with me which was nice to find someone willing to take 7 minutes out of their day to help another person. She probably knows about everything in the Antique area of Cherokee and more. Thanks -Robyn.(We just spoke /Friday night at 6:20 pm)”

“My daughter is over the moon for wicked and desperately wanted a bear before seeing the movie this week. We had to go late around 7:15 when they close at eight so I could go with my family after work. I know how easy it can be to phone it in the last 45min of the day, especially on a rainy Monday in November. However we had the pleasure of working with Sarah who made both my and my children’s evening. Giving them enthusiasm and the undivided attention that makes all the difference. I’m so happy they made time for us to feel welcome and never made us feel rushed or like we were a sale to wrap up really quick before close.”

“Great spot to visit if you're a Build-A-Bear fan. Home to the company's HQ & their Build-A-Bear Foundation Plaza (you can buy a personalized brick online, FYI). Adorable podcast studio with stuffed animals, a St. Louis section of merchandise, a lovely St. Louis mural with the Arch, and delightful staff ?”

“We wanted to pick out a bear for the gender reveal for our baby. The employees were so accommodating and excited to help! We chose a boy outfit and a girl outfit and had the cashier look at the results. She had us step outside to dress the bear in the corresponding outfit and made sure we weren't able to see which outfit she rang up. Amazing service! Also, it's a boy!!”

“Upon walking in, my partner and I were greeted with a warm welcome. I mentioned looking for a gift and that I wanted something bunny oriented. The person working said she had just the thing, and she did! She brought something to us from the back and it was perfect! She even gift wrapped it. I would definitely recommend City Sprouts for baby and children gifts.”

“I’ve been looking for a hands-on, experiential learning opportunity for my son to become more familiar with the body and how our decisions impact our health. I was blown away by how many cool, interactive displays there to reinforce what I’m trying to teach my son at home. This would be a great place for a birthday party or a school event. I’m looking forward to going back. I know my son is too!”

“They have a lot of hard to fimd comics and figurines still in the boxes. I got two of the star trek tng figurines to add to my collection. Plus they have a lot of other hard to find items pertaining to entertainment. My favorite was a Chuck Doll which if it's still there next time we go, it will be coming home with us.”

“DJ is the man. He was so helpful with assisting me in finding a hat for my 25 year old kiddo today. You have a good person that you have hired with him on your team, please treat him well, especially because he treats everybody else great. He is genuine. Thank you for reading.”

“We had the best time at Build-A-Bear! The staff were patient, kind, and helpful -- especially with two young kiddos who had been on the Polar Express earlier and were hopped up on excitement, cookies and hot chocolate! LOLThe store is laid out really well - and parking was great. There are lots of characters to choose from, along with many, many accessory choices. The process to fill the stuffies was fast and of course heartwarming to watch as they did the "heart story" with each child. I have to add, that we arrived very late and almost at close because it was after our Polar Express train ride, but the staff were super nice and didn't make us feel rushed. I know they must have been ready to go, but they made experience special for the girls, and it was appreciated. I may have to go back -- for this kid at heart. I saw a moose with my name on it.”
