“The store was so clean I feel like there is never anything out of place or anything. I go in there about twice a week, sometimes I have trouble finding stuff still because I moved here about a month ago. Cohen in grocery is such a great help all the time. He once stoped what he was doing so walk me all the way across the store for some cloths. He is definitely the one I will search for if I ever have any questions about anything at all he is always down to talk, and is always getting stuff done while doing it. Definitely a 5 star experience with him and the store every time. Great job!”
“12/21/25. My wife had some makeup she needed to take back to exchange she was thinking they would just tell her to throw it away but they didn’t the lady stepped right up and took care of her exchange it the lady was so professional my wife said when she needs more makeup she always go see Lanie she was AWESOME”

“This store was organized and clean. The staff were friendly especially the cashier Jenny. They had a wide selection of apparel with most sizes available. Typical department store format. Similar to a JCPenney except it is more organized.”
“It's a nice clean store that is easy to shop. The employees are nice and helpful. I don't think the prices are any cheaper here than online. I really love how everything is organized by color and size. You can definitely find some good stuff here!”
“Today I needed to return something at the store. Miranda gave excellent customer service. One computer was done at the return desk, she took my return in the salon. She is friendly and efficient. There was some snag with the return, but she got it all sorted out and didn't give up. Great job!! Thank you”
“They had a good sale on landscape edgers I wanted. Bought a 2x6 and asked about cutting it. Self service to cut, $3.00 per cut, I said forget it. I cut it at home.”

“My go-to place for clothes. Good longevity and well priced. Good fit and comfortable. I highly recommend this store location. I have been shopping at ROSS for well over 10 years and they always have my sizes and it seems that no one else does. The Prices are Right and they are very Competetitve.”
“Return was so easy. I was next in line and returned it online and when they called next, I just showed it to her and she took the item. I already had the confirmation. Easy peasy and even gives you a coupon to use in the store.

“Inventory was kind of all over the place in some areas but the store was packed with people check out lines were full so that is a good thing. Store was clean Just kind of messy from patrons not putting stuff away when they're done looking at.”
