No one ever wants to deal with this situation, but CARSTAR made the process extremely easy. They helped with every step of the repair, and the staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I also loved the almost daily text updates on the status of my car all the way through to the end!

Sarah and Theresa were wonderful! They are very kind and proactively supplied updates along the way. They helped coordinate with Enterprise as well for the rental which was just another thing off my plate. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend getting repair work here!
