“I am thinking not all people know how to submit reviews. My experience today 3/12/28 was a good one. Easy check in process with a machine that scans your license and insurance card. Then you are placed in a electronic line as you wait for your name to be called via text. Technician comes out a few minutes later calls your name. My tech was very good at her job. Did not hurt at all, and was done in about 1 minute! The entire process took maybe 10 minutes or slightly less. Highly recommend!”
“The staff here were all incredibly kind and down to earth. Shannon, who checked us in and out, was a ray of sunshine. She made me smile and laugh when I felt really anxious. The whole staff was great, however Shannon really stuck out to me. Highly recommend this location. They took great care of me.”
“I've been going to TAUC in Ofallon for years. They are great about giving you wait time information and are always well-organized. Their in-house pharmacy is a huge convenience when I just don't have it in me to run an extra errand or it's a late eveing and my pharmacy i already closed. and The pharmacy coasts are low. The staff, nurses, techs, doctors, everyone here has always been sympathetic and helpful. I feel they are attentive and interested in helping me feel better AND ruling out any potentially dangerous diagnoses.”
“Exceptional care for my wife who had a kidney stone. Every single person was kind and knowledgeable. We were in and out in 2 hours with CT scan done, bloodwork done and medication to return home.”

“Definitely recommend doing online appointment. We walked-in at 9:30am and it took a bit before we were taken care of. Only staff present did her very best and had a great hand! We were terrified because of needle, but she did a fantastic job!
Another recommendation, don’t come in a rush, if it takes some time, stop negativity/complaining and just be thankful you have nice staff to take care of you! Just saying :)”
“What a complete polar opposite of the other LabCorp I went to. This one is quick and professional or maybe I just got there at the right time because I was in and out in 5 minutes with a very nice person drawing my blood. I highly recommend this Branch only”
“Very conveniently located. I was able to check in via text message on arrival. I waited about 5-7 minutes and was called in. Staff is very friendly, efficient and very competent in sample collection. She explained insurance coverage and when to expect results. Staff was extra kind to my 91 old mother who was also there for a lab draw!”
“I got to this location a little after 7 am. As a walk-in, I checked in and sat for about 5 minutes when I was called back. The nurse was very friendly and attentive to my requests. I highly recommend this location.”

“I don't get all the low reviews for this location. This is my first time going to any Quest so maybe I just hit them on a good day. Kiosk was very handy and it worked well. There was plenty of seating. The place was clean and quiet. My phlebotomist Bryah was fantastic. She was friendly, efficient, and a terrific stick. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I would go back without hesitation. I wish we could all get past this trend of looking for problems where they don't exist.”
