“I really like Penney's, they have a good selection and good prices, even though like everyone else there's not enough help. However, a recent experience ordering made me think I never want to order anything again. I ordered two pairs of men's shorts that were supposed to be shipped to the store. That was on July 2nd. Two weeks later I'm still waiting and have heard nothing. I called the store once, and they said that they would check into it and get back to me. Didn't hear anything, so I finally just went over to the store to see if they had any in the store. Turns out they had a table full of them. I went ahead and bought two pair, though they're $6 more each than they were online. Called again, asking if I could just get a price adjustment, but she told me I have to go to the store to do that. No one ever told me why on earth they didn't ship them to the store, but it's been annoying and I could have had them all along. I'm usually not an online shopper anyway, not sure why I ordered them but I guess it was because of the sale. I'm thinking I probably won't do it again.”
“I went to this location other day, and I noticed this one worker that really made my day. His name was Duncan, he was so sweet and so kind to me and my children from the moment I walked in to the store, to the moment I walked out. I was looking for a pair of jeans and I wasn't sure what style I would like. Duncan came over and helped me pick the perfect jeans for my daughters birthday. Overall, I had a great experience at this Old Navy. From someone who used to work retail, it's so important to always treat people with kindness, and Duncan treated me with a smile in a day full of frowns.”

Recently I ordered a T-shirt as a gift and they were able to get it done more quickly so I could bring it with me. They’ve used designs I’ve purchased on Etsy and they’ve also sat with me to design something with me. They are the best place for gifts!”
“I've been a shopper since Oct 2003. It started with the pregnancy of my first baby. I have seen at least 200 HUNDRED employees come and go. I was very skeptical of a new store opening on st Charles Rock Rd....I just knew the prices would be higher, the customer service would be boogie? and the customers would be a pain..... ABSOLUTELY the opposite has happened. If you want the friendliest employees STOP HERE. The customer service is personable. They remember your kids sizes, what items you were looking for last time you were in, they truly build a relationship with us...the customer. Remember, I've been shopping at OUAC for 20 solid years. Ive had my share of experiences....This is the store that you will find the cheapest prices compared to all the other locations within this district and outside the district. I will say, In my opinion, parents need to understand that allowing your children to play with the toys that's not packaged is cool, but if parents just stop allowing their kids to open up packages and not clean up behind themselves, you can find some great toys for Christmas. Also it's unfair to these "heart"working employees to have to take time away from putting out new items and clean up. (yes heart not hard bc they are pretty genuine people) Also if you love Jordans, stop here. 8.50 10.00 12.00 14.00 is the common price point. There is a lot of Shein items in the racks and Amazon shoes that be priced $2.50-4.50. Boots are best to buy now I'm just writing to share the my view of the store bc I was prompted by Google bc I was taking a pic of the store. No one asked me to write a review, but when you think about it, we run to social media to report the bad, it's ok to report positivity. Ok ok ok google has busted me??? update your visit..I think bc I'm here almost everyday”

“I had a great shopping experience at his location. Went in to pick up an online order and found some more cute things. Ajla and Sandra both young girls, helped me out very profesional. No phones,no chitchating but polite and thankfull I came in. Great job, retail needs more employees like you.I visited the store 2 days later again. Had to return a few things from my online order and a lot of items I got at the store 2 nights ago. Sandra was working all by herself and again did she do an amazing job with all my returns. Unfortunately the register doesn't do scanning of barcods so she had to find every item on receipt by comparing barcode numbers. It took almost an hour to do all that. With a smile on her face she put in the effort to check multiple times, to make it right and find the items. All due respect Sandra, I aprishiate your patience and positive attitude and thank you again.”
