My son had newly traveled to China for a work assignment and needed an unlocked phone -- ASAP -- to get access to a Chinese phone service and Chinese banking. John handled everything -- got the phone unlocked, talked my son through getting the SIM card installed (it looked like the wrong size initially), and even tested his new connection by texting and calling my son directly. You really saved the day for us, John. Thank you so much.”
“I strongly recommend the Phone Doctor in Kirkwood for repairs to any cell phone or tablet. Trustworthy, efficient, competent service. The parts arrive on time and they make the repair quickly right in front of you. Your Google search results will push you to go to Ubreakifix or some other large chain, but they will never match the service or price you receive at the Phone Doctor in KIrkwood. “I went to this store to help a client out I was assisting who's phone would not charge. I took her phone and her charger and cord with me that she had purchased from this store. I explained we had attempted to charge her phone all day, but it kept draining the battery instead of charging it. The young man plugged it into several outlets initially and said it was charging that it must be her outlets at home. I'm like, no every outlets in her house can't be bad. I had to ask him could it possibly be the cord, I had to replace mine once. He then said we no longer carry those for that phone. He then got a light bulb moment and tried the wall block, indicating the wattage was not enough. Hurray, he solved my problem.”

They had a lot of people in the store but still they attended each and everyone with so much patience.I got 2 phones and the prices were every reasonable and they clearly explained me about all the available phone options and plans. Have been visiting this store for a while now always loved their service. The girls helped setup my google account for my contacts and pictures and also helped me setup other apps as well.
