(which was much simpler than the Boost associate told me) and Misty offered to fix in an hour. I was not able to wait but her assurance of a quick repair was appreciated. “Anna at this Gravois Bluff’s location is genuinely carrying the company on her back. I was getting so bothered that Verizon was absolutely no help with activating my cellular plan. I had spent HOURS over the course of THREE DAYS, navigating MyVerizon, on phone calls with Verizon customer service, and visiting other Verizon locations. I walked into this Gravois Bluffs location hopeless, until I sat down with Anna. By some miracle she was the one and only person to fix my problem. Not only that, she resolved my issues all while assisting a lady next to me, sitting on the phone with other verizon representatives, and answering questions from her colleague. At one point I saw her with 5 phones at once and somehow had everything down to a science. And it’s not just me, a few weeks ago my dad gave this location a try after having dreadful experiences every other location. Anna was his SAVIOR. He came home raving about how amazing she was. So naturally, when I came home explaining how this angel got all my problems fixed, he immediately assumed I must’ve been talking about Anna. CUZ SHE. IS. THAT. GOOD.”
“This week, John, a service rep at the Brentwood AT&T store, went above and beyond to help me. My son had newly traveled to China for a work assignment and needed an unlocked phone -- ASAP -- to get access to a Chinese phone service and Chinese banking. John handled everything -- got the phone unlocked, talked my son through getting the SIM card installed (it looked like the wrong size initially), and even tested his new connection by texting and calling my son directly. “Excellent service! I brought my phone in because my camera was blurry from the inside. They opened the phone and tried cleaning it, but then realized the camera itself was damaged due to internal debris.
Even though this wasn’t their fault at all, they went above and beyond. They ordered the replacement camera themselves, installed it, and only charged me for one labor. They were honest, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend this shop.”

“I’ve been to this store twice, and always been amazed at not only the Customer Service, but the gracious help they give you without exorbitant amount. In fact, they were those two times that my phone needed to be clean because he connection terminal was dusty or wet. Sam, technician provided the friendly and courteous service, quickly analyze the two problems, and as I was waiting, he quickly resolve the issues with just a couple of cleaning treatments. He charged me $30 for the first time of cleaning my phone terminal, but the subsequent time, or recently, he did charge me to send. I had a faulty charger, and he actually replace the cable attached to the charger. Even then he did not charge me, and I was Just amazed of his gracious treatment. Anyway, I highly recommend the store because of its friendliness, prompt treatment, and thorough analysis of the problem. I will definitely go back again, and encourage you to consider the store as your place for not only repairs, but phone service.”
