Department Stores in Troy, MO

“Stopped by Five Below in St. Peters first, but stopped by the Troy location to see if they had anything different. This store is very clean and organized well. The cashier, whose name I failed to get, was great. They mostly have self checkouts, she saw us walk up and instantly offered to check us out. I'd normally go with self checkouts, as an introverted person, but she was very friendly so I checked out with her. She was working 12/16, maybe around 2:30.”

“About a week ago, I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for one of your employees. It's been my experience they usually aren't very helpful. But you have a young man, I wish I had his name. He was in the front of the store by the self check out. I recognize a lot of your employees, but I can't say Ive seen him before. Anyway he is a good man. I was having some heart problems. Chest pains really bad. I wasn't sure I was going to make it. He came and checked on me. Brought me an electric cart. He restored my faith. I wish Walmart would promote this type of caring ( for lack of a better word). Anyway I wish my head. Would have been able to retain his name. But you can and should commend your crew up front. “I really like this Walmart location, and drive out of my way, and another 10 minutes farther than my local Walmart. It stocks food products I can not get at my local store. It also stocks other items that I need, not stocked at my local store. I shop at this location once per month, and stock up.”
