“So easy! I cracked my iphone screen and the phone display wasn't working at all (black screen, but could hear it ring and receive text notifications). I scheduled an appt online for the next morning, staff was super friendly, and my phone was fixed in less than 45 minutes. 10/10 - highly recommend.”
“excellent service i was having trouble starting my truck for months had the battery and the alternator checked at several places many times they all said my battery and alternator were good so i had to jump my truck almost every time just needed a little more power so the jump instantly worked every time. so the gal at O'Reillys hooked it up and checked my battery and alternator and did more thorough check and said the battery and alternator are both good but the cold cranking amps were a little low and that will make it not have enough amps to start
she gave me a new battery and i never had another problem again starting my truck after all those months of grief it was finally fixed”

It was only there to purchase a headlight but through having pretty awful experiences at other stores well then probably even one of their stores it was just smooth it was polite you didn't act like I was bothering him about eating in the store he didn't act like any of my questions were stupid it was an overall cool experience.”

“I usually come here if my car needs anything. I highly recommend this particular location. Staff is knowledgeable, fast and helpful. Today, I got wiper blades and it was too cold outside. But the staff didn't hesitate to help me and less than 5 minutes they replaced and made sure I was satisfied with the product and the service. Excellent!”

“This is in my humble opinion the best place in St. Louis to get batteries. It's a bit of a maze to get to, however, the prices are very reasonable and the quality seems just as good as you can get at an auto parts store. It seems like they have everything you could hope for in stock. I've always had good service. This isn't really a retail location, so don't expect fancy floors and lighting. It's really just a warehouse of batteries.”

She gave me top-of-the-line service when I came in looking to purchase a headlight for my vehicle. She told me that the bub did not look blown and that I should check the fuse. Turns out, it was the fuse. “We came here at night time to get a head light to replace my right front head light that was out. My boyfriend read through the book that listed what part for which type of car. The cashier person was busy helping someone else for a while. I am glad that my boyfriend can search up for the type of headlight that my car need. We then check out and my boyfriend changed the headlight of my car in less than two minutes. The headlight works great. Overall this place has what we needed and there are plenty of parking in the parking lot.”
