“I almost went to Auto Zone (which I have not had many good experiences with in the past) — and I’m very glad I came to BatteriesPlus instead. I ordered my battery online Friday night and went there Saturday morning where Doug installed it for me. He was very courteous. I felt I came to a business that cares about me as a person, plus I got the best price possible on a new battery. I highly recommend Batteries Plus and especially this location in Creve Coeur.”

A lady was coming in with her battery and the guy behind the desk excused himself to go over and get the door and grab the battery from her I thought that was cool and shows character. Not only did he know what I needed, he called the dealership to cross reference the part numbers to my vin. With two options available he sold me the parts he had in stock and ordered the other part just in case I needed it. I will continue to go far out of my way to support this location.”
“I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff here. They always give me knowledgeable answers and offer good advice when asked. They've always been very helpful and I enjoy shopping here. The store itself has a manual door for entry and exit and one level surface inside with wide aisles.”
“This is in my humble opinion the best place in St. Louis to get batteries. It's a bit of a maze to get to, however, the prices are very reasonable and the quality seems just as good as you can get at an auto parts store. It seems like they have everything you could hope for in stock. I've always had good service. This isn't really a retail location, so don't expect fancy floors and lighting. It's really just a warehouse of batteries.”
“I usually come here if my car needs anything. I highly recommend this particular location. Staff is knowledgeable, fast and helpful. Today, I got wiper blades and it was too cold outside. But the staff didn't hesitate to help me and less than 5 minutes they replaced and made sure I was satisfied with the product and the service. Excellent!”
“Went in asking about a screen protector for my S10e as I couldn't find a good replacement anywhere for my old one that broke. They didn't have any in store but ordered one for me. A few hours later I got a call saying they had the screen protector and were ready for me to come in. They also put the screen protector on for me and it fits perfectly. Overall it was a very easy process to get what I needed.”

“I’m not sure where it needs to go but Areion is a fantastic employee. This man worked on my car battery for an hour replacing it due to rust and corrosion. He was respectful, hard working, and in top of it. He needs a raise as far as I’m concerned because you don’t get to many workers like that.”

“This has got to be the best O'Reilly Auto parts in all of St. Louis. Huge parts warehouse where you can find just about anything when you need it. The old timer behind the counter was super helpful, and had a great attitude! This was the only store I could find in St. Louis selling fuel vapor line in the length and size needed. This will be my only parts store going forward.”

“Service EXCELLENCE! Ladies (& Gents) when you want top-notch service, and a better understanding of what’s needed for your vehicle, check out TRACI. She gave me top-of-the-line service when I came in looking to purchase a headlight for my vehicle. She told me that the bub did not look blown and that I should check the fuse. Turns out, it was the fuse. Traci saved me lots of dollars and I am so grateful for her helpful assistance, she has a beautiful smile and a wonderful personality and I’m so glad that O’Reillys hires, trains and promotes employees like TRACI who can assist us with our needs!”

“I just moved to town from a arid climate where rain is a rare event and as I left work realized I needed some windshield wipers. Mine were non existent. I drove to O'Reilly and asked the young man for the wipers for my car. As big drops of rain were starting to fall, He kindly offered to help me put them on as there were 4 different components that only one worked for my vehicle. I would never have figured it out before the downpour started. His name was Jared! Excellence in service!”

Todd and the crew will help you find what you need or get it ordered if they can't locate one for you. It's definitely worth a stop when parts are needed.”
