So we have been in there quite frequently over the years and I have never once left disappointed. “After trying a pair of Hokas that I didn't like for a couple months, I had to go back to old reliable New Balance and this store is the right place to go. I've been to many different stores over the years and my conclusion is you need to go to a dedicated NB store for your purchase. I've been to this store 3 times and one thing you can count on when going to a NB store is the knowledge of their staff. My salesperson got me the right size shoe of the model I wanted and the correct insole for my high instep. I left their a happy camper and will go back for my next pair.”

“This place is a LIFE SAVER if you have a kid playing a sport!! PHEWWWWW thank goodness... Let me tell you this place is not the closest BUT its helpful and cheaper than DICKS or ACADEMY so dont count them out! They are off the parkway and the parking is open and easy to get in and out!!! The store itself is spacious and offers A LOT of supplies for your sport needs...I needed a pair of football pants for a BIG guy and no other store had the size I needed but THANKFULLY I found them here and at a fraction of the price I paid for a girdle in DICKS... wish I would have known about this place before I TORE OUT MOST OF MY HAIR lol When I called and asked the nice lady who answered the phone for help she was quick and efficient.. She let me know they had what I needed I told her I would be RIGHT THERE!!! and quess what?? She had them waiting for me and I didnt even ask her to do that!!! Hows that for customer service!!!! I adore a great customer service rep! and she will NEVER know how much I appreciated her for the help...SO I say all this to say ...if you need some sports gear...TRY HERE FIRST...this place just might save you some much needed spending money..especially durning Christmas time!!! Thank you”

Running shoes aren't cheap, and I EXPECTED to leave feeling vaguely cheated and unsure whether I made the right choice! BUT - with the friendly, knowledgeable, and personal service provided by Michael, I left feeling like I'd definitely gotten the exact right shoes for me, and like the price I paid was worth it. (Side note: I was curious and checked, and the price I paid for my shoes at Big River was identical to the price on Amazon, so this is a definite no-brainer.) If you want to start running and are intimidated by getting the correct shoes, this is the place to go. For the event, they kept the excited crowd calm and patient, even though it wound thought the entire store and out the door and east 5-6 neighboring businesses.This is a great location with a great staff. I called the shop & had the good fortune off having Terrell’s (sp) answer. This young man knew exactly the book I couldn’t find & was so helpful in describing it & making suggestions of how I could buy it. In years of going into this store Terrells’ attitude of helpfulness, knowledge without being pushy, exemplifies how store workers are there. Once I was there Bill was very busy, once he got to me he had it figured out and sighted in in about 15minutes.
