“This is, by far, my favorite gym! The staff is super awesome and upbeat and it’s the perfect way to start my day! There’s always such an inviting and accepting atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door, which is what a gym should be like. I leave every work out feeling better than when I came in and I will keep coming back!!”

Thanks again Zach.. Pleasure meeting you man!!”

“For someone that has lived a fairly sedentary lifestyle this place can seem intimidating. I have also tried numerous workouts, dance videos, fitness influencers, etc and I have been able to be the most consistent with Burn. It's something about the community that helps hold you accountable but in a positive and sincere way. And it's not just for seasoned fit folks, they have modifications for every exercise and work with your individual strengths so you never feel like you can't do it. Trust me, I still struggle to get up in the morning to go but I just do it and before you know it we are tackling the finisher and I am feeling so good about myself.”
“Erin and Brandi are super professional...they greeted me warmly and bubbly explaining everything that Orangetheory is about. Workout was insanely good...highly recommend this place!!!”
“American Muscle Gym has been a game changer for me and my husband! I’m currently training for a bodybuilding bikini competition, and this gym has everything we need to stay on track. The equipment is top-notch—lots of free weights, machines, and enough space to train without feeling crowded.
The atmosphere is amazing—everyone here is serious about their goals but still friendly and supportive. Big shout-out to the owner and staff for creating such a motivating environment and always being helpful whenever we have questions! Their knowledge and support truly make a difference when you’re pushing yourself to the next level.
If you’re looking for a gym that motivates you to work harder and reach your goals, American Muscle Gym is the perfect place!”

“I've been thinking about joining Crossfit for a few years, but I was nervous. I wasn't sure if I could do it. I totally didn't need to be nervous, though. Rachel and team took the time to build up my knowledge and give me a great foundation before I started classes. I was able to adjust the workouts to my capabilites and still push myself. After only 2 months I already feel stronger and have more energy.
The coaches and my classmates are AMAZING. Everyone is genuinely fun, supportive and kind. I instantly felt comfortable in class.
I HIGHLY recommend. Would give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could! My only regret was not starting sooner.”

“This studio has helped me find joy in working out—something I never thought I’d say about being on a treadmill
...or on a rower! The workouts are engaging and challenging, but the supportive atmosphere makes them something I genuinely look forward to.
The community here is fantastic; the people I work out with are friendly, encouraging, and help make every class enjoyable. The coaches are incredible—they not only push us to lean into our edge but also provide form corrections and practical strategies to build resilience and strength, meeting us where we're at on our health/fitness journey.
If you're looking for a fun, motivating, and effective workout, this is the place to be!”

“My secret gym. I used to think these smaller gyms just weren't worth it. But most gyms are very crowded nowadays and it's nice to have a small spot where I don't feel like someone is directly in my space.
My main criticism is the lack of equipment, but hey, that goes with the territory of being a small gym that's generally not overcrowded. 24 hour access is great to have.
Edit: Working out here in the summer is rough. AC seems pretty low. Feels like it's 80 degrees.”

“Prob surprised to see this cuz I be eating. I think this location is pretty chill and I like the new equipment they've been adding. One thing is that they be charging late fees for nothing! And them annual fees are wack. They give no communication when it comes to financing but they're always pushing the darn Black Card membership. Anyway yeah planet dont ever got a good rep people will say go to Lifetime and Club but I dont hate it. Non-members will hate because of the beginners vibe and the people that go to planet are weird but the workers are more laidback then people think. I will say dont get the black card lol the whole reason people go to planet is cuz its cheap. But yeah I love it here.”

“I was in town visiting a friend and we stopped in for a yoga class. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. I'm not very flexible but the yoga class was great and they even explained easier poses for those not as advanced. After class everyone chatted for a couple minutes but it seems like a great environment to workout in and would definitely come back.”

“I came to Jen and Jamie Speiser at Precision after an almost year-long health battle, having seen both traditional and functional med practitioners prior to visiting them. Between the Precision Medicine and Nutrition offerings, they truly GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK. I have been provided exceptional care here and highly recommend Precision to anyone who wants to work with credible professionals who take a genuine interest in their clients. Thank you, Jen and Jamie, for all you do. My family and I are very grateful for you!”

“Chesterfield location is spacious and well-equipped with nearly everything you could need. They’ve recently added hydromassage and cryotherapy chairs upstairs, plus a cold plunge in the pool area. The pool sauna is excellent and maintains high heat consistently, and the steam room is great when it’s operational. However, the sauna in the men’s locker room runs noticeably cooler.
The biggest drawback is the limited hours. At around $200 per month, this facility really should offer 24-hour access - or at the very least extend hours until midnight.
Some areas could use updating. The locker rooms and showers feel dated compared to other locations like Frontenac, and the equipment could use refreshment.
Additionally, the guest policy is unnecessarily restrictive. The same friend can only visit once every 60 days, which feels unreasonable given the premium membership cost. If members are paying around $200 per month, they should have more flexibility with guest privileges.”

“My son(high schooler) used this gym over the holiday break, while we were in town and had the best experience! The staff was great and very nice. They even saved him money, by allowing him to do a 30 day pass instead of the day rate, which was less expensive for him. We will definitely be using this gym when we are in town, which is a few times each year. Thanks to the staff and to Anytime! Joe”

“NutriFormance is one of personal favorite gyms in St. Louis. It offers a huge selection of cardio and strength equipment so you can work out on your own terms or you can take one of the many group fitness & specialty classes that run 7 days a week. The group fitness classes drew me to this gym - I find them to be quite challenging! I appreciate the community vibe felt at NutriFormance. I see a lot of the same faces every time I go and many of the gym-goers have worked out at NutriFormance for decades. Amy Strahan's Strong classes are my favorite. “Hands down, this is an amazing facility and organization. As soon as the Y took over we began to see immediate changes. I feel so blessed to have access to a Y that has 4 pools, 2 indoor courts, a track, fitness equipment, lots of class options, and trainers. and the staff are one of a kind.
From the moment you walk in, the staff greet you with a genuine smile. They are attentive, caring and simply invested. So I take the following classes and I must say it's changed my fitness game,BIG TIME.
I take MX4 and Bodybalance with Pam. Body Pump with Sophie & Emily, Cycling with Patrick, Luther, and Scott, Body Combat with Maria, Julia and Tricia. I love that I have a class that I can attend each day of the week.
Each of these individuals along with Millie, Merrilee has had a hand in my fitness success. In them, I have observed dedication, integrity, willingness, and the heart to help others achieve their goals.
They have a suggestion box, and they do listen to the members. They have made many adjustments based on what the members want. I appreciate that they hear us!
I also appreciate their communication on the app, especially when there are updates. They are pretty prompt to let us know if the building will be closed due to outages or inclement weather.
My favorite campaingn is their annual Pedal Palooza. For a small donation, I could participate in a 90 min cycling class.
While that may seem impossible, the truth is, time flies when you're having fun. The money goes towards helping those who may not be able to afford the cost of a membership or to attend summer camp. It is worth it!
This year's Palooza was amazing. We had so much fun. The cycling room has newer bikes, and the lighting makes you think you're on the disco floor.
I also love the Riverchase community. You can show up and not feel judged. No matter the size, shape, or abilities, there is a place for everyone.
I can't say enough about this place and the people that I have met. 2 years ago, I weighed 304 pounds, and before the Y, I tried joining a different gym, but the staff wasn't invested, and the environment felt intimidating.
With the Y, the vibe was instantly different. I felt a sense of belonging even though I started out reserved and didn't really talk to anyone. I was 304 pounds and ashamed, but nobody seemed to gaze at me with judgment.
2 years later, I have lost 134 pounds, have met some amazing people, and my fitness game is awesome.
I smile in my classes, not bc I am in pain but because I am so thankful for the opportunity to be there.
I am proud and happy that I can physically do things that I haven't done in years.
2 years ago, I could barely walk without my back freezing up on me. I was gasping for air, used a cpap machine, took blood pressure medication, etc. But now, my quality of life has done a 180. No more medication, cpap machine or physical restrictions. I am so proud of myself.
I have so much fun in my classes and I am that person that is vocal. Lol. I can't help it, I am excited and forever thankful for the commitment the fitness instructors have. Without them, there wouldn't be any classe. THANK YOU!
I also appreciate that the Y isall-inclusive. They celebrate history.
This Y is clean and has a big locker room with showers, etc. Plenty of parking, sitting room and so much more.”
“I have been going there for 17 years and enjoy every day I walk in. The staff is friendly and helpful and take an interest in you. I'm glad I became a member and have made many life long friendships.”
“I have been a member at CrossFit Valley Park (CFVP) for about 10 years. I was hooked from the start with the variety of programming, the tight-knit member community, and quality of ownership at this box. Brandon (owner) does an excellent job of coaching/managing and hiring top-notch trainers to help with programming and leading us through our various classes. CFVP's recent focus on StrongFit has been an added plus! Because of this focus, my core strength has improved tremendously and I am finding that I am able to work harder for longer periods of time without being being overly-fatigued. CFVP members are super-positive and supportive of each other. And even though we are competing against each other in various workouts, we are all great about encouraging each other to complete each and every workout to the best of our individual abilities. I highly recommend CFVP!!! Try it! You will love it too!”
