“I absolutely love this nursery. I find the most awesome tropical trees for my patio. I purchased this Powder Puff Tree this spring. It resembles a mimosa tree. The leaves react to touch and they close up at night just like a mimosa. The branches are different because they weep like a willow tree. They won't withstand the cold so you must bring them inside for winter”
“I could spend an eternity in this place! I was here to check out the houseplants, but there was so much more to look at! They were very organized, and all the plants were super healthy. The people working seemed to really enjoy their job too, which was a nice experience. Definitely worth a browse!”

“We were in town to see a movie and decided to stop here and see if they had a few things I was going to grab tomorrow at my local Lowe’s. Conveniently not only did they have what I needed, but the shopping experience was far better than that of our local Lowe’s. There were plenty of associates HAPPY to help ! MORE than enough checkouts open! A good selection, well organized store , and very clean. A lot of parking and curb side pickup. Honestly wish we lived closer as this would be my go to option for DIY projects , this stop saved me time and my sanity that I would have otherwise lost going to the Lowe’s nearby our house.”
“The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
“My husband and I worked with Jason in the window and door department . Even though Home Depot did not have what we needed they referred us to another place that could help us . Jason even called a few weeks later to see if we found what we needed. And I told him we did at Pease Glass in Indiana . They offer replacement glass for your front door and side lights which updated our 30 year old door to the farmhouse look..Everyone at Arnold Missouri is very helpful.”

(It did help that I had my dog with me :) however, they were very kind and respectful of my dog who is still learning how to interact with the general public. My dog got a few treats. Chatted with a worker named Alicia who was very sweet and made me feel welcome. Thankful for kind people!”
“Everytime I shop inside I get help if needed and friendly service. Today, I wanted to give an extra "shot-out" to a young woman who delivered my order curbside bringing a cold bottled water to help comfort me. I had called in because I had trouble with the app and just was not in the mood to deal with it since it is nearly 100° out and my car's a/c is currently not functioning... she must have noticed my frustrated voice and just went above and beyond to be helpful and caring... a much appreciated act of kindness that truly brightened my outlook today.
