I called when they opened and was pleased to find they stocked the OEM water inlet valve for my KitchenAid dishwasher. They set the part aside and I was able to pick up same day. Within an hour my dish washer was back in full force. So nice to have a shop that carries these parts, price for OEM part was less than online retailers. A great resource for anyone looking to repair an appliance on their own.”

“Ordered a new fridge online for a price much lower than any competitor. Before confirming shipping, Melissa sent me images of the fridge I had purchased and called me to see if I would like to proceed. There was some cosmetic damage which is common for an item with this big of a discount. I was hesitant to continue but Melissa took it upon herself to find me the exact same model that was in new condition. Rather than charge me the difference in price, Melissa and her GM gave me the fridge in better condition for the same initial price. As somebody furnishing their first home this was extremely helpful and I am grateful for the great customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend!”

“This location was packed last week for the end of April... but they had beautiful flowers and a wide assortment of mulch. I prefer to go to the smaller floral shops for actual plants, but I needed to come here for peat moss that they didn't carry elsewhere. Although it was busy the self check out went relatively quick. Overall pleased with the experience.”

“Just had our new whirlpool refrigerator delivered and although time will tell if the frig is everything we hoped, we wanted to take the time to compliment the delivery/setup young men. They were polite, careful, and thorough in getting the refrigerator in the house (even taking the front door off its hinges) and when installing the frig in a very tight space. No scratches on our wood floors or to any walls nor to our new fridge. We appreciate the great job they did when we know it isn't always easy to find good help.”
