“I got into a car accident back in August and insurance was set to pay for it. Unfortunately they are a busy shop so I wasn't able to get an appointment until October. Which was fine because drove around until my appointment. They quoted me 2 weeks and it was ready in that time.... they accidentally texted me that it be another week but they cleared that up quickly by explaining within minutes that it was a mistake. They are nice and update you constantly. My car looked STUNNING when I picked it up.... also bonus they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. It took some time BUT THIS PLACE IS A HUNDRED PERCENT WORTH IT!!! Will recommend them to everyone i meet. I usually hate autobody shops but this place blew me away!”

“Start to finish the process was efficient and fillled with interactions with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We used the location off Baur Blvd and my main contact was Eric. The work was done on the rear bumper of our BMW X7 which was rear-ended. I am extremely particular about my cars and their condition. As an easy example, I hand wash them. The refinished bumper looks as it should - brand new. Vehicle was ready when promised. Updates were provided via my preferred channel (text) and the team was highly responsive when I texted a question. Highly recommend.”

“Had a hood, bumper, and fender repaired in Aptil 2024. Looked great. A year later the paint was coming off the bumper. Adhesion issue with the bumper. It was a lower quality aftermarket as directed by the insurance company. Not only did Ron stand behind their work, he hassled with the insurance company to replace the aftermarket bumper with an OEM. Great work and customer service.”

The first technician came on the appointed day and time and found that the replacement she brought with her was defective the heater wire was broken We reschedule for another day with a second very excellent and nice technician came and found the same defect in replacement windshield he brought. He returned an hour later with a windshield that was not broken and replaced it quickly and expertly. No charge as my insurance covered it.”

“Outside part of the doors hit were good it was the inside disappointments and multiple trips afterwards. Then three seperate trips to the bodyshop should not happen to any customer. 1st to pick up the car it was very dirty inside. The passenger side was hit and decals I ordered for the inside of the car were missing. Then the door weather strips were bad and the wheel alignment needing readjusting. So I returned a 2nd time.

The did compensate me for everything. I went back a 3rd time and they fixed everything to earn a revised 5-stars.”
