Dana at the front desk and Matt are the two individuals I've worked with, and they are always polite, professional, and efficient.They always make it a painless and efficient process, and my vehicles always look impeccable after the work is completed. They even detail the cars after they are done, and after my last visit they went above and beyond and glued down a piece of loose trim on my Suburban that wasn't part of my claim - now that's service!I 100% recommend this location to anyone who needs to have their vehicle repaired - they are the best in town. “Very pleased with my experience here. My Chevy Silverado was hit by an errant driver. The other driver's insurance provider suggested this place due to its location being close to my residence. When I brought it in, Charlie's CARSTAR performed an estimate and communicated with the insurance company. They were professional, very easy to deal with and low pressure. I decided to let them complete the repairs and scheduled a time to bring the truck in. The repair took a couple days longer than they estimated, but that was due to them finding additional repairs to the steering system once they started taking everything apart. They communicated with me the entire time, letting me know it might be a couple days late due to having to order and install the additional parts. When I picked the truck up, the repairs were complete and I was pleasantly surprised to find the truck had been cleaned up inside and out. Truthfully, you wouldn't know the vehicle had been involved in an accident at all. It drives perfectly and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. Well done CARSTAR!”

“I had my car broken into and found out on Saturday afternoon. I must have called about 20 companies all over the place trying to get the issue resolved as I was on a cross country drive and on a schedule. The receptionist was the nicest person, very attentive, and she was able to get me in touch with Brian, who offered to help with a temporary solution so I could get on my way. Mind you, it was his day off, and I went to his personal home to get this done. He had absolutely no obligation to help me, but did it anyway out of the goodness of his heart. Thank you so much! You made a very stressful situation much lighter.”
