“Old Webster Animal Hospital was Dot's vet for the past 5 years. The moment I parked my car in front of Old Webster Animal Hospital, Dot was trying to get out of the visit...she was an intelligent dog that knew we weren't going in for pup cups. The staff always helped Dot stay calm by showing her love. Dr. Davis was always informative and great to work with. Dot tragically passed away, and when I was in a panic, I called Old Webster Animal Hospital, and Michelle helped me figure out what to do. After her passing, we received a card in the mail from Old Webster Animal Hospital that touched our hearts. The message helped give us some relief, and the gesture moved us.

We have a Bengal kitten who requires some breed-specific considerations, and we were so impressed by the care and accommodations provided. When our little one was neutered there, the process was seamless, professional, and handled with such compassion.
What meant the most to us was how warmly everyone treated our kitten — they referred to him as our “kid,” which made us feel like we were among people who genuinely understand how much our pets mean to us. Even the reception team was kind, welcoming, and attentive.

“At this visit, my senior cat (18.9 yrs) got liter caught in her fur and was matted. This caused her to limp. County Animal Hospital got her an appointment quickly, soaked her paw, gave her an antibiotic, some treats and we were headed home in no time. I trust CAH with all 3 of our kitties. “Have been coming here since I was a kid and our family brought our various cats and doggies. Now an adult and have come back with my own girl. Stacey got really sick unexpectedly and they got her in right away and my suspicions about my cat's sudden change in behavior were validated . Saw her asap and then got her into emergency care. Luckily she was okay within a few days!! But they won't mess around if we suspect our pets are sick!! SOME different staff from when I was a kid (pesky 30 year gap ?) but still feels ,like home. Stacey trusts them as well. (It's the car rides to and from she hates... But that's normal for her)”

“I’ve brought two of my cats here for dental work - one received minor work and the other had a full mouth extraction done. The team here was wonderful throughout the process and kept me in the loop with how the cats were doing when waking up from surgery. You can tell how much Dr. Christensen cares for each animal she interacts with from the moment she steps in the room!
I also appreciate that this office worked with me on a payment plan for the dental bill. While the price was reasonable for the work done, it was more than I could cover at one time so I was able to break it down into more manageable payments.”
“We had a wonderful reception at this clinic! Everyone from the receptionist (missed her name) to the tech, Chrissa, to the vet, Dr. Dillon, were friendly, welcoming and kind. Both Chrissa and Dr. Dillon got down on the ground to introduce themselves to our dog. The dog is a 3 year old rescue and we had been told by a previous clinic she would need sedation for nail clipping. The staff here were willing to take the time to work through her anxiety and get her nails clipped. They took their time with us and explained everything they were doing. Highly recommend!”

“Dr. Brooks, Lisa and everyone at Affton Vet are truly amazing. They don’t just care for your pets medically but they truly do care about your pets, as they develop relationships with you and your animals.
Our German Shepherd, Jerry Lee was diagnosed with Lymphoma, when he passed away Dr. Brooks and the Vet team took the time to sign a thoughtful card and provide and beautiful hand painted paw print and memorial fur urn. It didn’t go unnoticed. We truly appreciate everything Affton Vet has done to help our pets and will continue to come here for their care.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Family Animal Hospital. The staff has always been kind and supportive and Dr. Chip is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Her compassion for animals is unmatched. We have been seeing Dr. Chip for about 20 years now with all different kinds of pets. We’ve had cats, dogs, and guinea pigs and she has effortlessly taken care of them all. Our dogs absolutely love her and get excited to “go see Dr Chip”. I highly recommend Family Animal Hospital.”
“I really don't remember how lone I have been going to Concord, but I know at least over 8 yrs. Early Aug. this year my 7 yr. old Scottie Mile stopped eating. I had the fortune to be seen by Dr. Malady and with his help and my great sadness I had to let Miles go to sleep on 8/27/24. Through out it all Dr . Malady was kind and thoughtful in his dealings with a fur mom that had a strong idea as to where and how this was going to end. What really surprised me was just this past Fri (9/27) got a letter from the UMo College of Veterinary Medicine notifying me that a donation had been made from Concord in honor of Miles in his passing. To say I was very surprised and impressed in and by this is almost an understatement. To me this is just another example of this practice's thought and caring in dealing with all who come through their doors no matter the number of legs they walk on. Should this have not sold you on trying this place by now for your fur or scale kids I am not sure what more I can do.”

Luckily the Doc was not concerned and didn’t try and upsell any of the tests the proposed. My pets eyes were back to normal with in a day of seeing them I think it was something in his eye and it came out on its own. They were great!! We love this place!!”
