107 Willey Street, Willard MO 65781
“We did our family of 6 passports here. The lady upfront was super helpful and very patient with us while we filled forms for the kids and ourselves. She was also super nice when my one year old didn't want to cooperate for his photo. Def will be using here for all our future passport needs.”

“I have used this particular store for over 3 years. I am always greeted when I walk in the store. The staff try their best to help find the fastest and least expensive way to ship my items and are most helpful with packaging. Highly recommend this location!”

334 East Kearney Street, Springfield MO 65803
“I've used this store for several years. Just wanted to say that the team you have now (recent year) is always kind and helpful. I often have several large and heavy boxes and they go out of their way to make drop off easier when they see me. Today a young man was more than helpful carrying a huge box in this 100 degree weather. Thanks for great service!”

“I had a large crate to ship, but we live pretty far out in the country so I opted to take it to the FedEx facility. Easy to find, the guy in the office was very helpful and friendly. All in all a good experience.”

“I’ve always been impressed with the kind lady who is so helpful at this post office. She has helped me with several mailings over the last 27 months. Never had a problem at this location!”

1919 West Bennett Street, Springfield MO 65807
“Not really sure why there are tons of negative reviews about any particular location. These locations are here to help you with packages that were unable to be delivered. I have a lot of these as I require my merchandise to be signed for. I don't necessarily love having to go to the Bennett location to pick up my mail but the people there are nice and they do the job I'm asking them to do. James is someone who always has a smile on his face, and always knows exactly where my package is. Big thanks to everyone at the Bennett location. I appreciate each of you.”

500 West Chestnut Expressway, Springfield MO 65801
“We are not local. I realize many of these poor reviews are due to the passport process. For someone just needed to use the basic Mehl services. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had to get in line twice and they were a joy to work with each time.”
