“Customer for life! Schnees has great customer service. Back in 2021 I purchased a pair of Mission V2s from Schnees. The pair I purchased was too large and Schnees customer service was happy to work with me to find the right fit. Fast forward to Spring 2026, the toe box in both boots failed and I was getting wet feet walking through wet grass. I reached out to Schnees customer service and they asked me to send my boots in for repair. Upon receipt and inspection of my boots Schnees concluded that the boots were beyond repair. Schnees offered to send my boots back to me or I could get store credit toward a new pair (mind you my boots were well out of warranty). I elected to use store credit and get a new pair of boots. I chose to get a pair of Beartooth v3's. When I received my invoice from Schnees the total I owed was ZERO DOLLARS. Schnees replaced my boots for FREE. I am a customer for life.”

“I hadn't been to this location until today and I'm glad I went in. They have a very clean, bright, and fully stocked store. The staff was very kind! They checked on me in the dressing room multiple times. They also made sure I knew about the latest promotion. I exchanged an item and the staff made it seamless even though I purchased the item online. I would highly recommend this store.”

“Certainly a larger Kohls compared to other locations ive been to. It has more of a selection than others; Including being a location that has many big&tall options. I was able to find pants here, when other clothing stores did not have many options; while not many various options in terms of brands, but at least they had some items. They had a whole lot more of a selection for girls/woman, than boys/men. They offer only apple pay as a digital option.”
“I have only ever written one other review before, but I felt like I had to for the multiple amazing interactions I have had with the staff! One person in particular, she wore a pink top yesterday and had glasses- wish I caught her name! But every single time I have ever gone in to browse or look for a very specific item, I have had the best customer service I have honestly ever experienced at a store. The employees are kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. Despite it being a chain, they literally hired the kindest people and I hope they get the kudos and raises they deserve!”

“My wife and were in Bozeman, MT and shopped in your store. We bought a western dress and some other items. When we got back home to Virginia we discovered that there security tag was still on the dress. I called the store and they couldn't have been nicer. They pointed me to a YouTube Video to show me how the tag could be removed using 2 forks. Very Cool! Unfortunately in removing the tag it was discovered that it wasn't placed on a seam and so the tag removal caused a hole in the dress. I emailed the store and again, they couldn't have been nicer. The owner of the store jumped in and sent us a shipping label to return the dress and she contacted the manufacturer (Pendleton) and had them drop ship us a new dress right away.
This is exactly the type of customer service that is missing in todays world, and it simply could not have been handled better! We are very happy customers and will definitely shop there again the next time we are in Bozeman. We can't recommend this store enough.”
