“Yes the clothes are awesome, and incredibly high quality, but the service I received today was stellar.I had purchased a pair of jeans that were too big, but had already removed the tags AND did not have a receipt when I went back in. There was a sign that clearly stated the return policy, which I was not incompliance with - But I asked about an exchange anyways.Not only did the gal who helped me bring me other pairs and sizes jeans for me to try on, she did so with a kind heart and understanding beyond what I was deserving of. She took a direct monetary loss simply for my own satisfaction as she will not be able to return or sell the jeans I returned.Thank you, thank you, thank you! You earned a lifelong customer today! “As a brand new member and first time trying Barre I cannot say enough good things about Amy’s studio. My first instructor Mollie C made the experience so approachable. She was warm, instructive, fun and incredibly capable. Next class I had Holly and she too was the same. Helpful when needed, encouraging always ! And the small adjustments made as class goes along just the right amount to help me get the most out of class. I could name them all and have the same positive things to say. Overall this studio will make you feel welcome regardless of your age or fitness level. What you come away with immediately is they want you to be successful and enjoy every class from the minute you walk in the door with, “hi Siri, welcome” Great place!”

I came in to exchange some bras (which by the way are fabulous) for a different size and without question Lindsay helped me reorder the right size. I took a chance that Schnee's would have some waterproof boots in my size the day before Christmas. With the help of an experienced salesman, I scored the cutest waterproof boots! I trudged through snow and slush and these Sorel boots look just as good as they did out of the box. Thanks Schnee's for saving me!”

“I went into Macy's a couple of days ago seeking some shorts. A lovely young gal named Hope was able to help me find a pair of shorts but also a dress! She was so kind and very helpful (asking about my day and providing accurate and useful information). Although before this visit to the Bozeman Macy's store I didn't consider myself a "Macys fan" after this time I definitely will be returning and letting all my close family and friends know about how positive of an experience this was for me. Lots of reasonable prices and options (especially for older women). None of the staff seemed irritated about having to fold and put most of them back and seemed very excited to help me find the right ones. The jeans are pricy but the experience was lovely.”

“Intrigue Ink is an must stop if shopping in the Bozeman area (or even online)! Their custom made designs are unique and different. I purchased a t-shirt and a sweatshirt. Reasonably priced and very comfortable! Some of the material they use makes it look vintage. They have things besides clothes, something for everyone! I will be back for sure!”
