“Ordered tires online and made an appointment to get them installed. They should have a separate line to drop off, or make an announcement that people with appointments can just come up since it’s faster. I stood in line for 25 minutes because people in line said they had appointments. Which was not true at all. So when I finally got to the front they seemed annoyed that I was late at that point. They should also have designated parking for tire center customers, but drop off for appointments could be smoother. Otherwise, it went well. Took a little over an hour for installation.”
“Update on my review from 23Mar2023...I escalated my concerns to the Billion Auto Group General Manager. Within one business day, he responded that the Operations Director would be contacting me to address my concerns. Within another two business days I spoke to the Operations Director who apologized for the mistake that led to blown fuse and cut me a check for the cost of the other mechanic for his time and the part. My faith has been restored in Billion Auto Group.”

“Great customer service! First tracks helped me patch a tire that had a screw in it. They got me in the day I called, were quick, had a nice waiting room, and were very friendly. So happy I didn’t have to drive to Bozeman.”
