“We got a flat while exploring a National Wildlife Refuge outside Yellowstone late in the day. I put on my spare, which was nearly bald, and figured I could get the actual flat tire repaired somewhere in Yellowstone first thing the next morning. That turned into a frustrating experience. Nearly 20 minutes after opening, several people were still waiting for tire service and scheduled oil changes. One customer had an oil change appointment for opening time and was still waiting when I left. The person at the counter taking walk-ins said he was often the only one who actually showed up on time in the morning, and that early appointments regularly got delayed because mechanics hadn’t arrived yet. At that point, I felt more comfortable taking my chances driving from the Yellowstone area to Big Sky on the nearly bald spare than sitting there waiting for what should have been a simple plug on the tire that had actually gone flat. Given how things were moving, I genuinely thought we could make it to Big Sky, get the tire repaired, and be back on the road while some of the people in Yellowstone were still waiting. That is pretty much exactly what happened. We headed to First Tracks Tire Service in Big Sky, dropped the camper behind their shop, and they got the flat tire repaired quickly and easily. We were out of there in under 45 minutes. The price was very reasonable, and the whole experience was completely straightforward. More than 10,000 miles later, that same plugged tire is still going strong. Since the repair, we’ve driven from Montana all the way to Maine, down to Savannah, Georgia, across the country to Arizona, and we’re now heading through California before eventually returning home to Oregon. Fast, competent, reasonably priced service when we really needed it. I can’t recommend First Tracks Tire Service enough.”

“Going through Bozeman our camper tire stem started leaking air. Took it to this Les Schwab location and had the best service! (I think his name was) Stephan quickly identified the issue, took the tire off and repaired it. We were back on the road in 20 minutes! We are from Arizona and do not have Les Schwab locations, but when they do, you have a future customer here. Thanks again to the great staff there!”

“We recently stopped here on a cross country road trip after the TPMS light came on in the car we tow behind our motorhome. We thought we had a bad sensor so they tested them and found all to be working correctly. They reset the system and cleared the TPMS light. Also set tires to the correct pressure. All at no change!”

“Had an amazing experience with my first oil change/mount and balance. I called to schedule and they got me in the next afternoon. I was prepared to wait a couple hours, but they had me in and out in 45 minutes. Super happy with the video they sent after service, as I am a visual person, so seeing everything top notch was a huge bonus! 10/10.”
