“It's my favorite local gas station because for 7 years, I've never had fuel line problems after filling my tank here. The car wash is okay. I especially like that my Fuel Forward app works here so I can pay from my car while receiving a discount on every gallon.”
“Clean! Friendly. Decent prices, lots of drink and food choices. Feel safe going in alone, some places are sketchy.Not this one. The only downside is trying to leave and go left across traffic to get back on road. Peak hours stink. If Helena drivers where a little more kind....I'm a Montanan so I can say it from years experience driving in our cities.”

“I came in today (6-16-25) and the only cashier on duty, Andrew, did an excellent job dealing with the very big rush he had and also not one, but two rather rude customers. He remained calm while he was being treated poorly and still maintained his professionalism. He did amazing tonight. Town Pump is lucky to have a level headed, professional and kind employee like Andrew! He didn’t get rude or raise his voice but also didn’t give into the peer pressure or disrespect he was receiving over a pack of cigarettes. Give him a raise! He deserves it! Dealing with what he had to tonight, while being the only cashier was a huge accomplishment that needs to be acknowledged! Great Job Andrew!”

“This is the best place to get gas, love the staff, the tall skinny guy with long hair that works there is so cute omg I wanna get his number....LOVE the place!!!!! :) Very clean, good bathrooms, better than I've seen anywhere else in Montana. Which is saying something!”

“Recent turn around, cooler has been stocked full of refreshments, food bar stocked, hot dog grill has product on it WITH the labels present, bathrooms clean and stocked. New manager and staff doing an awesome job since a month prior.”
“This place is amazing. Their employee Leon makes the experience sublime. He, realizing my car wouldn't start, carried me and my 75 lbs dog on his back through 3 feet of snow in a blizzard while brewing us hot coffee. He then knitted us both matching sweaters to keep warm, lifted my car with one hand and replaced the starter with the other. 10/10 recommend.”

“I wish I could give more than five stars. If you look at my history of reviews, that's not a thing for me. However, today it is.Big shout-out to Holly at the Conoco Town Pump on Montana Avenue by Taco Johns. The world needs more people like this. Beyond customer service, beyond basic human decency, all the way to just a darn good human.Why? Because she was kind, compassionate, & genuine.I ran out of gas literally 1.5 blocks away. It's the 4th day of our cold snap. She watched me walk up with my can, and immediately offered me a coffee. She then proceeded to hold an actual, intelligent conversation about the weather changes (wind?! Since when??!!), automobiles and the folly of EV (hows the cold treating you Tesla folks?), and why good interpersonal skills (such as those possessed by we who grew up in the 80's & 90's) are so vital to the human experience.There's a saying the at goes: "You just never know who you're sitting next to on the bus." It's similar to, " Don't judge a book...," but far more poignant.Darn fine human, Holly. I miss interactions like this being the norm. The world would be a better place if it still were. I already am fairly loyal to Town Pump, I'm now specifically loyal to this particular one. Because of Holly. She reminded me that I need to persist in being a decent human, regardless of how others are acting.”

“Just happened to stop into the store to grab a can of Red Bull and a pack of smokes, ended up buying 4 cases of Red Bull and heading back to buy 4 more! The store manager was extremely helpful showing me how to install the Town Pump “pump it up rewards” app, explaining to me how it works and wow what a savings! Awesome customer service!”
“Great car wash for a drive through. Wish it was touchless. Vacuums have been used and abused, the suck just isn't there anymore, they are kind of suckey tbh (haha) drive through 2x for an sub or truck!”

“Clean, convenient location for fuel at fair prices. Very large selection of food, treats, and drinks inside of the store. Beer seems to be a standout option at all Town Pump locations. I appreciate the availability of a single, reasonable-sized beer (not a 40oz) that I can take back to my hotel after a long day on the road.”
“I'm baffled by the people complaining about "rude pharmacy techs". I've picked up an average of 2 prescriptions per month for 3 years and have only experienced kind employees, even when the line is long and you can tell they're frazzled. I've had one brief mix up with one employee not being about to find my prescription in the system. Overall, this is one of the better pharmacy experiences I've had.”

“I've been going to Dave's Express since I was a little kid, and it's still my favorite gas station as an adult! I was a few cents short of buying a soda once as a kid, and he slipped a few pennies from the "leave a penny take a penny" tray. That memory stuck with me through adulthood; Dave himself is just darling. ?
