Received excellent service when starting a new line. My account needed some changes and they sat with me and handled it mostly on their own. Bonus: all of the credits and such offered made it onto my first new bill, coming out to exactly what they had said. No unwanted surprises. I spent 4 days trying to get my phone to work by T mobile. Ultimately I had to just port my number out I went to Verizon and was helped By Jacob T. He expedited the port so I had my same number and was super friendly. His great customer service made the process much more barable. ?
