Most places if you can FIND someone to help you, chances are you are unable to find a smile or kind word. Complete opposite at Zumiez in Kalispell. These people are cheerful, helpful and kind. Consistently. Like every time. If you are looking for a fun, modern if not nostalgic place to shop for clothes, skates, or other Zumiez is your place. The second you walk in you are greeted by a sales rep. I’m wondering if they only hire nice people? Lol whatever their recipe for customer service… it works! “It’s a good Ross. They’ve got their typical Ross things: Good prices and good variety. The particular Ross had a horrible chemical smell. It’s was almost too much for me to stay too long inside. Not sure if it’s always like this, but sheesh it’s hard to breathe.”
