“Austin was fantastic. I came in to purchase a new iPhone. Austin was with another customer but addressed me immediately to let me know he'd be with me as soon as possible. Very much a polite thing to do. Finishing with his other customer, he promptly helped me find the iPhone I wanted. I'm not a tech guy as evidenced by the iPhone 7 I was replacing. But he was knowledgeable, helpful and took care of everything...from transferring my number to finding the right accessories to transferring all my data to finding the right plan with discounts so I'd get the best value. It had to be the smoothest tech purchase I ever made. He was quite a nice person and answered all of my questions (and going from an iPhone 7 to a 16, I had a lot of questions) with professionalism, confidence and was never the slightest bit condescending to a non-savvy tech guy like myself. I walked out of there feeling great about the purchase, the place and the person who made the experience stress free. So big kudos to AT&T for having someone like Austin on staff.”
