“I have been banking here since 1997 when they took over Norwest and I had moved to Bellevue. The staff has always been so friendly and knowledgeable. Wait times when busy are minimal, the area is clean. Drive thru has always been quick and easy. Hours are convenient.”

Romelyn, the individual that assisted me, was really thorough in answering my questions and resolving my worries when I had inquiries concerning the charges on my checking account. For having direct deposit, she even offered me the benefit of having my ATM cost reimbursed. That will allow me to use any ATM nearby, which will save me a ton of time and money! The reasons why people still desire to visit banks are employees like Romelyn.”

We have been working with them for a long time and every time we do business with them they are super helpful and friendly. We have never had an issue so far.
