“The equipment I purchased works as expected. I was disappointed though because the woman I talked to on the phone said they accepted my insurance (Medicare/United Healthcare Dual Complete/Medicaid), but when I arrived there I was informed that they don't accept United Healthcare, so I unfortunately had to pay out of pocket. On the other hand I did appreciate that the out of pocket cost was less than the quoted amount over the phone. They do have some other equipment there that I need but I'll have to check if I can find a place that accepts my insurance first. If not I will purchase from Mobilis.”

“Since I was near the store I stopped in to see if they would exchange a product that I had at home due to its poor quality. The initial employee who was very helpful told me I could so I drove all the way back home to get the product and then drove back to do the exchange. When I came back, an employee named Kacey Kent told me I couldn’t do the exchange. I believe this was unfair due to them selling me a poor product, telling me that I can exchange it, and then going back on their word once I drove back there.
Once the owner saw the review I submitted above, she reached out and honored the exchange. Thank you to the owner for providing good customer service.”
“During a cross country trip, my husband's travel CPAP broke. I called around trying to find a replacement part for it but repeatedly got told that if he wasn't a current client, they couldn't help us. I was referred to Kohll's by someone from a Walgreen's (and kudos to them!). I called, spoke with their respiratory person and sent pictures. She had what we needed and fixed us right up! No hassle. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because it was expensive -$70 for a replacement cushion for the face mask. But we really appreciated her expertise.”

“My representative, Diana is top shelf customer service. Couldn't ask for a better rep. After dealing with another vendor and the chaos that ensued Diana has been a refreshing welcome to the 180 corporation. She called me on the phone. Very polite. Well mannered and completely knowledgeable of the products you provide. After assessment of my condition she made the appropriate suggestions and boom. Product was on the way. She set me up with two sample packs. Product arrived at my door lickety split. Just a few days. Timing was perfect because I was out of catheters. The samples she sent were absolutely perfect. Today I fired my old supplier. Half the time I couldnt understand them. Or they just straight up hadn't sent my supplies when it was time. I had to keep calling them. EXTREMELY stressful. Running out of catheters is not an option. If noone or nothing is available, its a trip to the ER. So I am so grateful for Diana and the 180 team for their prompt, pleasant and through customer service. Please note this letter and see that management gets this into her employee file. She has gone above and beyond to see that I was satisfied with all aspects of our interaction. Kudos Diana.

“Staff were cheerful & very helpful. Allowed me to bill my insurance & left my debit card as back-up if insurance did not pay yet allowed me to leave with needed product!! I am so grateful for this consideration as it takes insurance over 60 days to respond. I will be going back whenever I need athletic or orthopedic devices which I need more often every year. It's a shame ppl are quick to leave poor reviews ? yet don't recall how happy they were when they FIRST were helped & instantly received the products. Great staff, great products, great service ? ? ?”

I received my chair and am happy and thank you the employees and manager for picking the ball up and carrying it to the end this time.
I was in process for a powerwheel chair. The process is taking way longer than it should because they allowed my paperwork to lapes. It's been almost a year. I had to get multiple doctors notes because they didn't submit paper work on time. In the process of going through them a second time to give them a second chance. I am calling every day to make sure that they're getting things done. If they don't get it done this month, I will have to go back in for another face to face visit. It's not an insurance problem it's a company problem. If this time goes better I'll edit my review to something more favorable. I hope they learn from this and do better for anyone else who goes through them.”
“I can’t say enough about the Kholls Pharmacy on 50th and Dodge. The service they have provided over the years to this community has continued to be above and beyond.. I was struggling with finding compression leg sleeves that fit and needed them specially ordered. I spoke to Eli and he was able to get me right in. He and Stacey were so professional and knowledgeable. There compassion and care I needed helped me so much. My compression leg sleeves were made perfect for my size and come in different colors. They have so many options .perfect fit and the customer service was great!! I recommend this convenient location and great service to all!!”
