“I previously left a 5 start review based on previous experiences but came back to change it to 2 stars.
Today’s experience is less than desirable starting with the arrival. I arrived at 1015 just after opening. Cars were back up to the street as usual. By the time I make it to the window the only girl working is in a 15 minute call for who knows what. The lady working the first bay realizes it’s backing up and goes to assist. I asked for the works plus I quote I want all the vinyl scrubbed clean. I’m leaving it and will be back when you get it. They call 2 hours later they did the basic wash and lightly cleaned the interior. For $65 on a regular cab truck should be spot less…see pictures below. They also didn’t do the works package another $45 so the missed out on money I was willing to pay.”
“Great service for oil change. Didn't have to wait long, very friendly staff, good price. Also like that they have 93 octane at their gas pumps and you get a free car wash with oil change. They also don't do crazy markups for add-ons like wiper blades.”
“Employees were quick and efficient. They were also very helpful with answering questions I had. They also made my daughter laugh as the car was worked on. It made the visit a very good one. We will be back.”
“Thank you Dennis and Lucio, my appt for today was canceled, two tires didn't come in, but Dennis and Lucio problem solved and looked for the tires that were missing, once they located 4 tires they got me in, my tires were done within less than an hour. These guys are truly instruments of God! Thank you for your great customer service!”

“Everyone that I had contact with at midlands were nice and helpful. So far repairs seem to be good. Only complaint is I felt the communication I received from midlands concerning my vehicle was lacking and could have been better.”
