“I brought my car in to have it looked at for vibration issue noted with acceleration. The technician looked my car over and ruled out many of the common causes. He suspected that the problem was something out of the scope of the services that they provide and recommended the next steps that I can take to fix the issue. I appreciate that Tyler W was honest and didn't try to sell things that I didn't need. There was also no charge for inspection.”

“My wife and I have been getting our vehicles serviced with Grease Monkey for a couple of years now. Always receive kind, timely, high-quality service at this location. We really appreciate the drive-thru aspect as this cuts out a lot of the back and forth that we used to deal with with other businesses and it makes our time feel valued. There are repairs that do require an appointment, but they make the process very simple for us, and repairs/services are performed correctly and quickly on a consistent basis. Very happy with Grease Monkey and we will continue coming here for our maintainence needs for the foreseeable future. Thank you, Grease Monkey!”
“We had our struts and shocks replaced about 3 months ago at a different Brakes Plus but still had the same clunking sound in our front suspension system. We went back to that original store three times and never got our issue resolved. This week I went to the Brakes Plus at 18440 Wright St, they took the car for a test drive with me, they heard the issue, did a complete warranty replacement of the front strut assembly and the car now is performing beautifully. The service manager and technicians were all polite and accommodating. I would definitely come back here for any repairs needed.”

Initial experience was frustrating due to communication issues and the car returning with similar symptoms shortly after a major repair. However, Omaha Car Care did take the vehicle back, identified an issue related to the prior repair area, and corrected it at no additional cost. They also provided a loaner vehicle during that time.
The process was not smooth from start to finish, but I do appreciate that they ultimately worked to make things right. The vehicle is now driving much better”
