“Have never had really any bad issues. Been banking here for MANY yrs. Most have been very nice. Afew of drive up window ppl have not been overly friendly both at 23rd and down town. But have other great staff at window super friendly, happy, respectful. 1 gal inside my mom and I work with is A++.. go prince. Lol, she knows who she is. Fremont NE. 1 issue is online open time is not correct. Was their and window says 8am open online says 7:30am.”

“I recently worked with Taylor Jeppesen, the Vice President Commercial Lending at Pinnacle Bank and he is the best. He's just very, very good at what he does. He's a great communicator, he has this ability to just explain really complex things in a way that's easy to follow along and understand. He's super accessible, he's always able to respond to my messages quickly, every time I call, he picks up right away, I email, he replies instantly. It's great. He's able to just make the whole process of getting a loan / refinancing super easy. I reached out to him on some refis and he was able to get us to close on our loans WITHIN ONE MONTH. I've never worked with anyone else that could work so quickly and make the whole process so effortless. I've worked with him a few times before and I will continue working with him in the future! Taylor's a great guy and a great banker! He gets things done!”

“This is my bank. I am posting this for clarification, because people have not been fair in these reviews. My monthly fee is three dollars. There is a fee for going negative for a specific period of time, that is about thirty dollars. I have had issues before with this bank, but i have never felt that the staff disregarded them. This bank is as capable and cordial as any of its competitors. Thank you.”
