“Drove out to the Elkhorn location today and received amazing service from the paint department. The lady was very kind, easily made the color I needed based on paint lid photo with numbers etc and gave advice on another project as well. This was after I originally drove to the 120th location and the paint department said they couldn't make the color and seemed unknowledgeable, a long with not being kind. Customer service and training in a department definitely makes all the difference for guest coming in and Elkhorn location was wonderful!!”

“I needed a special type of connector plus a few other things. I was at their Elkhorn store late in the afternoon. The gentleman there was incredibly helpful and kind. He took care to understand what I needed and went out of his way to make sure that I really had the best solution to the problem. He also worked to make the materials as affordable as possible. We came in around 715pm and we know they close at 8pm but he did not make us feel rushed and went above and beyond to help us find the most comparable. It has been a stressful project for us and this has been so helpful for us. I feel bad not getting his name but thank you for being so kind to us!”

“Returned a defective bucket of exterior paint 10/20/24 just bebore closing time.The gentleman at the return counter was awesome. The young lady management on duty, outstanding and the young man working the paint counter with who waited on me before is consistently courteous and knowledgeable. Great team work and a credit to the Home Depot brand. Been coming here for many years and will always boast about the staff at this location. Thank you very much everyone and look foward to doing business with all of you in the future. Keep up the good work because, I will not forget your professionalism and kindness. Have a great day and a prosperous future. Once again. A couple days later, a nice young man attending or giving a staff meeting/class stopped to sked me if I needed any help loading my truck. “Lowe’s has such an incredible selection of just about anything you need, especially in Spring. The thing that stood out most though, was the service I received a few weeks ago. David was rearranging plants and was kind enough to help me find what I was looking for and helped me through to loading up my trailer. He sure was helpful as I gained several carts full of plants to purchase. After my departure, I headed to the loading area where I waited to be loaded up with my soil. Unfortunately there was a very pretentious woman who demanded to be loaded up first, although she was behind me. Dan handled her with grace and an upfront apology to me, which was not needed. I was in no rush and can understand exactly what he has to deal with on a daily basis. I appreciated the effort Dan took to load me up quickly and efficiently and send me on my way. Give these men a raise!”

“I would like to say how much I enjoy shopping at this location. They always have a nice selection of plants. Sometimes, they have some less pretty plants on clearance if you are willing to give the plants some extra attention. Mine have come back great. The biggest reason is the customer service from Harley Cazinha. He is always willing to assist in loading my heavy items. He has a great attitude, and it is obvious he enjoys his job. The cashier didn't know
they offered assistance in loading soil, but Harley came forward and assisted without hesitancy. It allows me to make my purchase and grow my garden. Thank you.”

“I contacted the store to arrange for a purchase of a barbecue grill to be delivered to my daughter in the area. TJ was very helpful. He made sure that the assembly was completed, and the grill could be delivered on a day my daughter was available. The communication was great.
