I travel often and I love stopping at the outlet stores. Nebraska Crossing Under Armour is by far the cleanest, most organized store I’ve been to. The staff was super helpful and kind. I saw a sweater on a mannequin that wasn't on the shelf. Being the selfish person I am, I requested the mannequin be stripped of the sweater I wanted. The staff had no issue accommodating… lol.

“Went to Nebraska Crossing, trying to find some workout shoes for my 11.5 4E, triangle feet (always crazy difficult). Ended up at Reebok, with the GM Cody. He actually found a few solid options for me, then made a clear call on the best option, based on the damage to my ankle and what would support it the best. He even helped the wife to find a killer set! She appreciated that he didn’t hover, he gave us just enough room and was present when he was needed. Credit, where credit is due, the shoes are perfect… but Cody’s customer service made this whole experience well worth it! Keep up the great work! We’ll be back to see you!”

“I went in looking for a last minute purchase of a pair of shoes for a party. They had many nice styles displayed, however, they didn't have many sizes in the multiple shoes that I was looking to initially purchase. I asked if they could check the back for additional sizes and was told all of their inventory was on the floor. They had a clearance rack with buy one get one for half price where I found a pair of shoes for my party and a second pair for a Christmas present! My loyalty account was updated and I was informed of the program's rules. I gave a 4 out of 5 star only because of the lack of sizes in multiple pairs of shoes. The staff was busy arranging the shoes, but friendly when asked questions.”

“It was my first time shopping at Ann Taylor, and it definitely won't be my last! I had one of the best customer service experiences provided by Hailey. I was a little anxious shopping for a business professional suit because I often have difficulty finding cute outfits in my size (14-16). Hailey was extremely helpful and even sought out outfits for me to try on. I ended up buying a suit that she picked out for me, and have gotten many compliments on it at my event! The cherry on top for me was when she steamed my suit to perfection. I highly recommend this store, and I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Hailey!!”
“I’ve been coming to this Nike location for years and, overall, I really like this store. I’ve had great experiences with the staff and have never had an issue until dealing with one employee, Pedro.
Unfortunately, my experiences with him have been consistently unpleasant. He has denied me a veteran discount and has been extremely combative when it comes to enforcing the store’s veteran discount policy. A veteran is a veteran. Veteran status does not expire, and customers should not have to argue with an employee to receive a discount that the store offers to eligible veterans.
What concerns me even more is that, based on other reviews mentioning similar experiences, I have to wonder whether other veterans have been treated the same way. If that is happening, I sincerely hope management looks into it.
Pedro’s attitude comes across as though he assumes customers are trying to take advantage of him or “pull a fast one,” rather than simply treating them with basic courtesy and respect. He could use some serious customer service training. He was also watching a sports game on his phone while working. Normally, I wouldn’t necessarily care about that, but when it is combined with an already poor attitude toward customers, it makes the experience even more frustrating.
I honestly hate that one employee can negatively affect my perception of a store that I otherwise really like. I’m still giving this location a positive rating because in all my years of coming here, I have never had a bad experience with anyone else. However, I strongly encourage management to look into my experience with Pedro and the experiences of other customers, particularly veterans.
One employee shouldn’t be the reason customers leave a store feeling disrespected.”
“I think they have every croc made here. We typically will buy our crocs at a sporting good store like Scheels or something like that. But they’re limited in styles each year. It’s a great place to go to the outlet mall so you can pretty much get any style they have. The pricing isn’t discounted much maybe 25% off if you buy a second pair. Or on the clearance rack, which has a lot of options they offer buy one get one free even though it says buy two get two free, they’ll still let you buy one get one free. That’s a good deal. It’s worth the extra drive to come here.”
