“Von Maur is my all-time favorite store in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. We go to Omaha Von Maur in December to take our kids shopping and get their picture taken with Santa just outside Von Maur at the Westroad mall. Our son loves the piano music. The employees are always kind and helpful. And the Von Maur shoe sale room might be one of my all-time favorite places to shop. Free shipping anywhere in the US so I tend to buy all my gifts at Von Maur and they gift wrap them for free. Von Maur will always have my heart.”

“I found a lost dog this morning. The dog was clearly hungry but I was afraid of leaving him in the car to grab him food. I called TSC and asked if someone could run the food out to me and take my payment back inside. Not only did they bring the food out to me, they didn't charge me. That was above and beyond any expectations I had a I appreciate it so much!!!Another customer went in and grabbed him a bowl and a bone as well. Most caring staff and customers!”

“Well I got my steps in and I found about 20 outfits for a baby ranging from 3 months to 2T ...6 packages of diapers ..hats, booties, toys, shoes..ready for my trip to California for a baby shower ..I would say it as a good haul! Ross had a big selection of the baby shower items I was looking for ...not crowded ..I took my time and their prices for great! Relaxing atmosphere..(people probably home eating dinner) can't complain about the value..no line at checkout..it was just ME...cashier got me in and out quick!”

I know change is good but I do have a problem when the whole store has changed and a lot of the things I buy at the store is not there. Maybe in a few months it will get better.
