Have had ALLO for 4 years. ALWAYS a January 1 rate increase. You can count on ALLO. And their lame suggestions to save money? Give me a break. And their rate increase justifications? "We've added this, we're doing that". Nothing that benefits the average customer.

We have had this service for nearly a year and never ever had to call them for extra service. Never a new never before mentioned charge on my bill. Never had to explain to customers or contractors why the internet is down.. again. We love these guy.

Allo is so much better than our previous provider. When I broke our. I recommend them to all of my friends.router, they were out the next morning with a new one. Friendly, knowledgeable service man
