He explained the technology that I was experiencing and the upgrades that were made to prevent this since I bought that phone 6 years ago. I feel lucky that it didn't explode. He helped us decide the perfect upgrades and patiently assisted us with getting everything transferred. He also offered to be further support when/if needed. Who else does this at Cricket? No one else I've ever dealt with at Cricket has ever been so professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. This gentleman needs his own store and a promotion! I hope he never disappears. “I'm always been told boost sucks don't go to boost boost this boost that but Gabby and boost help me out big time I haven't had any issues at all and she was just great great customer service she helped me out a lot like most of the time I got to ask a bunch of questions and you know I just get too frustrated and so then I'm just going to leave anyways but Gabby help me out a lot she even downloaded my information from my old phone to my new one for me so I wouldn't have to worry about that which was awesome total five stars thanks gab, I would recommend to my friends to go to boost!”
“We switched to Boost Mobile from Verizon. We had the most difficult time with the switch. It got to the point where we were contemplating returning to Verizon. My husband's phone completely shut down. Mine still worked it was a mess. Then, my husband required emergency open heart triple bypass surgery. Afterwards, we stopped into a Boost Mobile store on the way home. We met Boyd Serr. He was AMAZING. He not only went above and beyond, but he also got our phones working. “Had a much more pleasant experience at this Verizon, at least the 2nd time we popped in. Of course on the first, we came an hour before close and were again directed by the staff member manning the front that we would not be seen today and to make an appointment for another day, can we come in during the day. We said no we work and left. It really depends on who you get upfront (aka how late they want to be there).We tried again another day probably around the same time and were put on the queue to be helped..it was still a wait, but at least we were not immediately turned away. Had a great sales representative (I wish I would have got his name) that was very transparent and honest in regards to the current promo, asking us why we wanted to upgrade and telling us that we should wait until Iphone 14 series comes out, because it would not be worth it for us at this time. I really appreciate that he was straight with us knowing this would hinder his commission. Only reason not a 5 is because of the first experience and being turned away.”

“I went in with an issue of my brand new phone blacking out screen at 10pm, and not coming back on until 6am. There was no hesitation they jumped right in and starting researching possible issues.
