Trevor at the Spectrum Store in Lincoln made upgrading my phone much easier than I expected. He compared the available plans, explained the costs clearly, transferred everything to my new phone, and checked that it was working before I left. He was patient, friendly, and never made me feel rushed.

Avoid team members trying to upscale goods & services you have no interest in- LOUDLY & PROUDLY announce you have roaches and bedbugs- make sure fellow customers in store hear your special announcement. I was in & out of the store in under 5 minutes.
