“I have been taking my vehicles to Jensen Auto in Papillion for over 10 years and have always been extremely impressed and pleased by their service and care. I’ve even brought my vehicle in thinking something was wrong but instead of finding something and charging me they looked my car over and assured me it was just fine and didn’t charge me a cent. “I Called last thursday to see if i can bring in 4 tires to be switched out for my old ones. Came in monday morning and was gretted by shannon. She was so nice and polite. And answered every question i had. Took me just an hour for all 4 tires to be switched out. The price was cheap. And i would recommend this place to everyone. Staff there is amazing.”

“Amazing. I hit a semi tire on the interstate making tire unbalanced. I stopped by to make an appointment. Asked guys outside who to talk to. they pointed me inside. By the time I went to talk to someone they had my tires off and were working on it. I was out in less then a half hour. Balanced and rotated. By far the best service I have ever had. No time off of work and didn't cost hardly anything.Thank you!!!!!”

“5 stars thanks to the amazing and kind gentleman Rudy M.!! Wow, I cannot lie, the original person who answered the phone/dispatch person said in their own words, “oh, I have someone pulling in right now, give me the tire size, oh, I see you’re even less than a mile away, they’re getting into the drive right now and we can get that tire size in and they’ll be to you in no time”. well as 45 minutes approached I called again and this time I happened to catch Rudy on the phone. Not only did he apologize for the mistaken time quote from earlier, but he assured me that he truly is there, is putting the tire in and all the machinery is already in, and will be to me soon. Hung up the phone and he arrived in 10 minutes flat. Was very kind and completed the job and somewhere between 12 and 15 minutes tops. Thank you again to the company for helping, but especially for Rudy being truthful and very timely and polite. He definitely deserved the tip I gave him. He’s a wonderful employee and is honest. And that is what truly counts. Much appreciation to Rudy and to the company that he works for. Next time, just throwing it out there, if whoever did say originally, I wouldn’t be waiting anywhere near as long, please try and work on a better accurate quote time, I wouldn’t have been a little upset if I was quoted 40 to 60 minutes, it’s just that I was told that literally they were arriving, and that being less than a mile away, I couldn’t have imagined it being more than 15 to 20 minutes. But anyways, things happen. Rudy save the day, amazing employee. Thanks again, you guys, if you find yourself with a flat in Council Bluffs, downtown, or Midtown Omaha, definitely give them a call! Also, very price friendly.”

“I found a nail in my tire at 5pm on a Saturday. After a quick Google search, I discovered that Nando’s Tire stayed open until 7:30 pm! I gave him a call, and 20 minutes later, his staff was fixing my tire! He only charged $25, and I left a $20 tip for his guys to share.A great experience…I highly recommend!!!9-4-23: Nando’s guys fixed my flat tire (brand new car May, 2023). A week later I noticed it was low again. They discovered another nail in the same tire!!! Eduardo patched it and Nando refused payment. I brought them a 6 pack of Modelo and tipped $10. These guys are the best! Highly recommend! ♥️”

“Took my car to Terry's Auto to have a problem fix. They fix the problem and the cost was affordable and reasonable for what was done. Almost a week later, all my dash lights lit up, it was crazy. I called Terry's but he couldn't get us in for two weeks and we were leaving for a trip out of state during that time. So we took our car to Jenson Tires & Auto. I asked them what it woud cost for a diagnostics and they told me $75, or $150 if they had to hook up to the diagnostics machine. I gave them permission to hook it to the diagnostics machine.Later they told me what they thought it was but didn't know for sure. I was confused because I told them to hook it to the diagnostics machine if they wern't able to figure it out. Frusrated, I went to pick it up, I was no closer to knowing what was wrong with it before I brought it in.Then they proceded to tell me they could fix the problem for $900.00. I am thinking to myself, they don't know what is wrong with it, but they can fix it for a fee. So I asked them if they would guarantee that would fix the problem. They said there is no way they can guarantee the work. So I kindly said no thank you and took my car.Meanwhile I went on my trip. I put high octane gas in the car and it helped, the lights went out and the car ran better. Meanwhile I had scheduled an appointment with Terry's Auto in Bellevue for when I got back.When I got back, I took my car in to Terry's, they checked the codes, cleaned a few moduels and called me to pick up the car. I asked them how much, they told me no charge. Can you believe that.Services: Steering & suspension replacement”
