“Had a shimmy when braking. Took it to another place. They replaced my rear brakes which didn't fix the issue. Took it back and they now wanted to replace my front pads and rotors as well. I decided to take it here. I believe he was straightforward and honest with me. He turned the rotors, and kept the same pads, which still have a lot of life on them. That resolved the issue. He charged me less than 1/4 what the other place was trying to get out of me. He was honest with me and resolved the problem. Definitely recommend him!Service: Auto brake repair”

“Great friendly people. Last night I was driving home to California from a cross country road trip with my mom when I ran over an object in the middle of the highway. Something was dragging so I pulled over when safe and saw an underbody shield was dragging.Luckily I was already close to my hotel for the night in Council Bluffs. Everything was closed for the night so I had to wait until morning to start making calls. The closest shop was this Auto Body Concepts. The secretary was super friendly on the phone and said they could get me in right away to get an estimate. Luckily it was easy for them to just pull off the damaged panel and put it in my truck space so I can look into getting it fixed once I get home. I was able to get back on the road with hardly any delay. Thanks!”

Took it to 2 other places (one being the dealership) and no one could find an issue and suggested a lot of services not needed that were pricey. Took my car here and they found that my make and model had this same issue consistently. “What an incredible shop. Brought my truck in with squeaky brakes. They did an inspection, told me the pads and rotors were good, and then lubricated them for no charge! The squeaky noise is gone! Will definitely come back if I ever need auto care.”
