I would like to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received from Nancy, a lady approximately 55 years old with short hair, who works in the perfumery section at your Dillard’s store.
On the day I visited, I was looking for a special gift for my wife’s birthday, and Nancy was simply amazing. Her knowledge of perfumes and her willingness to help me choose the perfect one were invaluable. Not only did she assist me in finding the ideal perfume, but she also wrapped it beautifully as a gift, which truly made my life easier and added a special touch to the present.
Nancy’s dedication, kindness, and attention to detail are a true example of exceptional customer service. I hope this message serves to recognize her work and highlight her efforts.

“I stopped in here to grab an online order that my daughter had placed. The store was brightly lit, very clean, and well organized. I saw so many cute clothes while I was looking around and they were available in many different sizes. There were quite a few beauty type products for sale as well as other things.”

“Our supper club that meets monthly decided to try Nepalese food. We gave them a heads up that we were coming with a slightly larger group. For the most part the service was good. Some people got their food much later than others. I had the chicken chow mein and I thought the flavor was really good. The chicken was scarce and a bit dry. They have you order on a spice level 1-10. I ordered a 4. Once served they asked if it was ok or if I wanted more heat. I requested more and they brought a small dish of chopped peppers. I'm not sure what type of pepper but it was no joke! We also tried their fried and steamed momo. I would 100% recommend! Really really delicious filling and cooked perfectly.”
“Random find when I was googling “baby boutique” -was looking for a cute gift for my nieces new baby girl! Sweet little surprise! The shop is adorable and has loads of cute baby clothes, toys and other related items. And they gift wrap! This boutique is a sister boutique to their home decor boutique right next door, which has equally cute and fun items!”
“I went to JCP today w/ a lady friend bc they had an addtl 30% off sale one day only. Couldn't resist the temptation. Bought two different tshirts for $16.00 & one of them was Liz Claiborne & my lady friend bought a well made pair of capris & tshirt for under $20.00. Worth the trip!”

“I don't always go to the mall, but when I do I make sure to stop into H&M. While my first thought is it's like everyones fashion, I almost always find myself with unique and quirky pieces and usually on sale. No matter what time of year, there is a lot of stuff on trend that is on sale. This is defiitely a store to go to for your basics. Sweaters, coats, even some staple basics. It's a big store but a sales clerk is always around. They also have a really easy loyalty program that you simply sign up and just log in at check out and it saves you 10% and your receipts for if you return something, just pull up your account and they can bring up your purchases. It isn't the cleanest store, but I always find what I'm looking for,”
“I'm a big resale shopper, as my kids interests change often and it's nice to find unique toys that are inexpensive and gently use. It's smaller than a few other retailers, and the parking isn't ideal but it's definitely worth sifting through to find hidden treasures.”
