Took it to 2 other places (one being the dealership) and no one could find an issue and suggested a lot of services not needed that were pricey. Took my car here and they found that my make and model had this same issue consistently. So they not only did the diagnostic, they actually found the root of the problem and my car is running smooth!! Honest, helpful, thorough, friendly. Highly recommend. I found Nearby Towing Omaha on google and was hoping I would get some help.I got super prompt transparent service from the gentleman who helped me on the phone. Not really knowing the area I wasn't the best at describing where I was at, but they didn't make me feel at all out of place. Helped me figure out where I was and exactly where I needed to get the car. They were knowledgeable about the area and super pleasant to work with.I wanted to make sure they had everything they needed to deal with the car and wanted to meet them at the car even though the time would be a little longer. I mis understood their instructions and arrived almost 20 minutes after they got there. No fuss over my tardiness just a ton of understanding and forgiveness.They let me follow them to the drop off, put it right where I needed it and were all smiles the whole time. “My go to mechanic for the last 8yrs or so. Between them and Starkey Auto; I know my car is in honest care. Over the years they've maintained and repaired several of mine and family cars. Always upfront on if it's something they can do, if it's something I can push off a couple paydays, or if it's something I need to take to a more specialized company pronto. Heath is generally the face at check in and he genuinely listens to what the problem sounds like and will work with you to find out what the problem is instead of blindly going in. They've never created more problems or falsely claimed needed work like other shops(typically those chain shops; jensen, jiffy, tuffy) I've been to around town. The last statement are callouts of my own personal experiences; I know some people may get lucky and have an honest experience at those companies but in history *sideeye*Highly recommend Keith's to friends, family, and anyone looking for a honest connection to their mechanic. As my Aunt said a group of guys that won't screw ya over because you're a female with a car.”
