I had the best experience at the Verizon store after losing my phone in an Uber. Trevor is the bomb! He and his co-worker Nick (also the bomb) helped me out on three separate occasions. Great customer service, Trevor is like speaking with a good friend. He is super knowledgeable, professional and gives the best hugs!
