Transferring an existing Verizon number to an existing Prepaid Verizon account created way too many problems. It should have been a quick and easy process. With Haley’s help (and others, too) we walked out of the store with a phone that works.”
“Wes at the W Center location was such a great help! Very knowledgeable, came in with a device issue no fault to ATT just a faulty device. Wes steppped in and made sure everything on my device was in order and updated, but decided to switch from iPhone to Samsung at the end and he knew a lot about all the phones I mentioned.”

He had our problem solved and us outta there in the shortest period of time I have ever spent at a cell phone store. He deserves several raises and a company-paid, tropical vacation somewhere. “It's a Target. Though I will say.... This is a Super Target. Feels larger then lots of the ones in town Omaha. I find this one more pleasant to walk around too. Seems cleaner as well. Still wish all Targets supplied larger sizes. As a big and tall guy it stinks having to buy online all the time. We want to try stuff on too. I hoped this one would carry bigger sizes in store since it is after all "super" Target. ”

“Target continues to be my go-to spot for pretty much everything, and now with kids, it becomes a weekly stop (if not every other day). This particular location continues to be updated inside and out with obvious improvements from customer feedback. The most recent update was their curbside pickup location. It is now closer to the door, with ample (over 20) parking spaces to accommodate the high demands for the location and growth of online shopping. Quick tip, remember to check in online before you head to the store if using the curbside service to make your pickup time shorter. Otherwise, expect to wait 5-10 minutes minimum since this location is almost always busy! Other than that, you can never go wrong with Target!”

“This place was great. I needed to get some steak knives for my mom for a Christmas present (shh!). I saw online that there were these stainless steel ones that were ranked pretty high so I went there but the shelf was empty. I asked one of the employees and he said that they had some that just came in on a truck so he'd have to dig through the freight to find them. He told me it might be a little bit. About five minutes he came back with more than they mentioned online. No offense to places like this but that's service more impressive than I'm used to. After this, I did some more looking around and found a couple more items I needed, including a present for my dad, as well (again, shh!) That level of service deserves in and of itself a 5 star review. The store was also clean and well stocked!”

“My partner and I went to this location on 1/17 to add a line and get new phones. We worked with Jackson. We had an issue getting an approval. We ended up leaving. Jackson text me 10 minutes later saying him and his manager were able to push it thru and to come back to complete the process! When we came back there was an issue with the phone being in store/shipping to my home. He sat on the phone with Verizon customer service (the worst) for 30 minutes getting this taken care of! We were super impressed with how he handled everything from walking into the store to leaving with our new devices! Thank you Jackson!!”

“Busy place, so I definitely recommend setting up an appointment if you are getting IT help. But, they were fast and addressed my technical issues completely. All of the employees seemed very nice and outgoing. Highly recommend. Just wish they would open up an Apple store on the other side of town here in Papillion/Sarpy County.”
