“I recently went to Interstate to get a new battery for my Honda Odyssey. During replacement a fuse was blown so there was no electrical in the vehicle. The employees at Interstate did their best to try to find what happened, looking all over the vehicle for the problem. After an hour or 2, they were unable to locate the problem and my car had to be towed to Honda. Dan accepted full responsibility on behalf of his team and handled the tow and repair fees. Above and beyond customer service and I'm so thankful they made an unfortunate situation better! 11/10 recommend this team!”

Now I get to find out how long a reconditioned battery will last. Each one comes with a 6 month warranty just in case it fails early.”

“Stopped in today to get some cleaning products for my vehicle, was greeted by a lady named Alisha who just happened to be the store manager. While she was frantic running around because she was alone and said she was alone yesterday as well. she was absolutely fantastic with helping me find what I wanted and needed. she was extremely nice and answered all my questions while juggling answering phones and helping other customers. Absolutely 10/10 phenomenal service and will be coming back!”
