“I recently went to Interstate to get a new battery for my Honda Odyssey. During replacement a fuse was blown so there was no electrical in the vehicle. The employees at Interstate did their best to try to find what happened, looking all over the vehicle for the problem. After an hour or 2, they were unable to locate the problem and my car had to be towed to Honda. Dan accepted full responsibility on behalf of his team and handled the tow and repair fees. Above and beyond customer service and I'm so thankful they made an unfortunate situation better! 11/10 recommend this team!”

“Was doing a rear brake job on my 2004 Kia. Snapped one of the hard lines trying to remove it from the cylinder AND snapped off the head of one of the two short bolts attaching the cylinder to the back plate.
I needed replacement bolts and two 3/16 inch tube nuts to replace the damaged/unusable ones.
Checked the usual auto parts store websites and O'Reilly's had bolts most closely matching what I needed. Wasn't sure about the tube nuts (so many to choose from).
Ordered the bolts online, went to pick them up with part in hand to ensure fitment. Success!
Showed the gal helping me (think her name was Jen) showed her the tube nut I needed replacements for. She was a little worried because it wasn't a common one but she checked anyway and low and behold they had two in stock that matched! Woo-hoo unbelievable!
So yes, I lucked out on both accounts and Jen(?) couldn't have been nicer or more patient and helpful. I'm glad I chose O'Reilly's and greatful for the help and service I received.”
