“I recently went to Interstate to get a new battery for my Honda Odyssey. During replacement a fuse was blown so there was no electrical in the vehicle. The employees at Interstate did their best to try to find what happened, looking all over the vehicle for the problem. After an hour or 2, they were unable to locate the problem and my car had to be towed to Honda. Dan accepted full responsibility on behalf of his team and handled the tow and repair fees. Above and beyond customer service and I'm so thankful they made an unfortunate situation better! 11/10 recommend this team!”

“Last week, while leaving Omaha, my car began having issues and I pulled in feeling stressed and unsure of how I was going to make it home. What I found instead were guardians.
Dan was the first to help me — he did everything he possibly could, checking my car thoroughly and making sure nothing was overlooked. When he realized the situation needed deeper eyes, he immediately asked Mike, the manager, to come take a look because Mike is a *retired mechanic*. That alone told me I was in good hands.
Mike didn’t just take a glance — he came outside and stayed with my car for about 20 minutes, personally working on it and monitoring it to make sure it was running properly. They topped off fluids, identified a radiator issue, and made sure my car was safe enough to get me home.
What moves me most is that they refused any payment — no tip, no lunch, nothing. Mike simply said, “Just leave us a review.” Because of them, I made it home safely to my children **in time for Christmas**, and the only thing I paid was $32.40.
In a moment when I felt vulnerable and far from home, Dan and Mike stepped up with knowledge, compassion, and integrity. They didn’t just fix a car — they protected a mother trying to get home to her kids.
I will never forget their kindness. If you ever wonder whether good people still exist and whether customer service still has a heart — it lives here.
