My daughter and I stopped here to kill some time before picking up food from a restaurant nearby.This place was very well organized and they had some good clearance items! And I talked to them about my phone and plan And service and I am probably going to end up switching to Verizon. When I went to kansas to watch the eclipse I had no service outside of omaha and in two towns with team mobile ?”

“We walked in, added ourselves to the waitlist, and sat down to wait out our time. We had to wait close to 20 minutes to talk with a customer associate. Adam was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He took care of our needs for switching from our other cell provider. Everything took close to two hours, but we were pleased with all that needed to be done. The store was clean and nicely arranged to see what products they offer. Their women's bathroom was stocked and clean as well.”

“The staff at this store is amazing, friendly and courteous. I had called the store a few times to ask questions before going to the store as I prefer to go to the store if I can. As soon I walked in I was acknowledged and helped. Joe is a great employee. He is attentive, explains things thoroughly, and works with you. He did not push me to make a decision but gave me information so I could make an uniformed decision. He listened to me and my concerns: at no time did he make me feel like I was a nuisance or wasting his time. I had alot of questions about service, pricing, procedures, policies, plans, and billing. He was very patient with me, answered all the questions I asked and most importantly didn't brush my concerns aside. I never felt uncomfortable asking all my questions and never once did Joe make me feel like my concerns were silly or dumb.
