“The staff at this store is amazing, friendly and courteous. I had called the store a few times to ask questions before going to the store as I prefer to go to the store if I can. As soon I walked in I was acknowledged and helped. Joe is a great employee. He is attentive, explains things thoroughly, and works with you. He did not push me to make a decision but gave me information so I could make an uniformed decision. He listened to me and my concerns: at no time did he make me feel like I was a nuisance or wasting his time. I had alot of questions about service, pricing, procedures, policies, plans, and billing. He was very patient with me, answered all the questions I asked and most importantly didn't brush my concerns aside. I never felt uncomfortable asking all my questions and never once did Joe make me feel like my concerns were silly or dumb. I had also called the store a few times to ask questions before going to the store as I prefer to go to the store if I can. AT&T is very fortunate to have the staff members and Joe as an employee.”
