“My husband and I came in with a refurbished phone that my previous carrier refused to help me get set up on their network. I had been with them for 15yrs. I was frustrated, confused, and desperate for anyone to be willing to help. The team greeted us immediately and jumped right in attempting to fix our issue . My husband and I both decided to switch to At&t and get brand new devices and skip the rest of the headache from our previous carrier. Today, I'm worry free with a great device. Thanks Adam and team!! You guys were so personable and helpful. Thanks for taking care of us!”

“This shop was hopping! They had a line to the door to check in as soon as they opened. The staff was calm and polite, gave as realistic estimate of wait time due to the number of us needing help, and did a good job with the repair.
I was impressed with the patient guidance they offered to the tech challenged who needed to be walked though the preparation of their devices before they could be left. Stressed out non-tech people are not having a good day, it was nice to see them given a little TLC.
My visit was the result of an insurance claim and I found the entire process to be painless. I hope I never need them again, but will definitely be back to this location if I do something awful to my device again.”
“For the life of me I cannot remember the young lady who helped my son and I get a new account set up today with great deals and promos. She handled everything let us know how to get better deals with the same devices. Excellent top notch customer service. Couldn't of asked for a better person to deal with in a timely manner had us out the door with 2 brand new phones in less then 30 minutes. She took care of all the footwork to get our same numbers transferred from our old providers. Best experience I've ever had getting phone service from any other company especially from that chirping insect. Company. She deserves 20 stars and a bonus. “Wes at the W Center location was such a great help! Very knowledgeable, came in with a device issue no fault to ATT just a faulty device. “Walmart declined my check and was unable to give me a reason why. So I came to EZ Money to cash it. I came 10 minutes before closing time and the woman working the counter took the time to verify my check, even though we had to make several phone calls because this check was hard to chase down for some reason. This employee (I wish I had gotten her name) worked hard to get it verified and even stayed 15 minutes after closing to help me get this very much needed $. They are a little pricey but definitely amazing customer service! Well worth the extra dollar when you are in a spot. I wish every worker, everywhere was as sweet and dedicated as this employee. “The store manager, Haley H, did a really good job handling several problems today. Haley was patient, kind, respectful, responsive, funny, and knowledgeable. Transferring an existing Verizon number to an existing Prepaid Verizon account created way too many problems. It should have been a quick and easy process. With Haley’s help (and others, too) we walked out of the store with a phone that works.”

“It's my pleasure to submit a wholehearted thank you to Daniel and Carlos for supporting me through the process of setting up my Light Phone II. This was fairly counter-intuitive given that it runs on LightOS and therefore is not technically an Android AOSP. Daniel especially walked me through determining whether to use my existing SIM card or the Light SIM card, inserting it, verifying phone and messaging capacities, as well as importing my contacts through a VCF/ V-card file. Thank you to both of you for helping me to make this transition. I was really dreading figuring it out on my own, and know this could have taken so much longer if I'd tried that. I am well on my way to a relationship with technology that suits me and am grateful for your service.”
“I went to this cell phone store last week to check out some new models, and overall it was a decent experience. The staff were friendly and didn’t pressure me into buying anything, which I appreciated. They answered most of my questions, though I had to ask a couple times for clarification on the plans. The store itself was clean and organized, so it was easy to browse.”

He made the situation as smooth as possible. He understood our needs and had great options for us to choose from. My only complaint (NOT ABOUT ADAM, he was GREAT) is that you (AT&T store) did not have my item in stock. So I left without a complete resolve to my situation. I am still waiting on a phone and a watch to be delivered to the shop so I can go pick it up. Otherwise this was a great visit. 9/10 experience.
