“I think it was the owner that I've met there the two times I took my car in but he was great. He doesn't overcharge you for things if you don't absolutely need them. I've had 2 tires that had nails in them and had to hurry to get them fixed and they've been dependable both times. Very quick service and at a very reasonable price. It's such a comfort knowing I can run down to get my tires fixed when it's an emergency. I will forever be a loyal customer. I would highly recommend this shop.”

“No one likes to have their car towed! The driver that was trying to tow my vehicle from my apartment complex was very nice, he waited till I could come up with the 180.00 drop fee(which is why I am only giving 4 stars). I think that is outrageous expense especially since I am on disability and have a set income. Any way the kid was very courteous and nice and did explain everything to me and I do appreciate it. I will be talking to management of apartment complex because it should have been explained better from them about in transits. At least right now I can just park in my garage now till I can get my tags. Thank you to the driver for being patient!”

“Came out right away late on a Friday evening to yank a Bobcat out of quicksand in the dark. Even evaluated the situation through pictures before and brought a smaller truck to save us some money. Bottom of the Bobcat was inaccessible even after hours of digging, but the operator had a great idea about spinning it to get it out of a tricky spot. Was super helpful, nice, and professional on the phone and in person. Towing a Bobcat out of a pond is never cheap, but it was actually significantly cheaper than I expected, probably due to how quickly he was able to do the job with quick thinking. I offered a tip after and they declined, saying I could leave a review as a thank you and I am more than happy to do so. Awesome service, open 24 hours, accommodate everything from Honda Civics to Semis, really nothing else you could want in a towing company. Highly recommend.”
