“My family and I were traveling on Friday night, and came through Sidney, and stopped at this store to get gas, drinks, snacks and just stretch our legs before we continued on the rest of our long trip. The store was busy, and as we entered, the lady working,acknowledged my entire family as we entered the store and was so helpful and friendly. She took the time to speak to everyone that entered, and the customers that were in the store seemed happy and content upon leaving. With everything that's going on in our world right now, it is very refreshing to go into a business and be treated like we have been going there and that she has known us for years, and for this lady to give every customer that entered the store while we were there the service that is so hard to find anymore. As we were leaving the store I spoke to a gentleman in the parking lot about her, he said she is like that to everyone, everyday, and had worked there for awhile, but wasn't sure of her name, another customer came out while we were chatting, and said alot of people call her Momma.My family felt that this lady went above and beyond to make us feel like we were her only customers, when the store was busy, and all four of our children were very tired and grumpy. I will be calling there corporate store on Monday, and praising this wonderful human being, and hopefully find out her name!!So to Momma(we will find out her name) at the Git and Split in Sidney Nebraska,The entire Cunningham Family want to Thank You for your outstanding customer service, and appreciate you for apparently just being yourself, enjoying what you do, and making each person feel appreciated. “I used my Phillips app that has my link credit card and saved 13 cents a gallon. You can authorize the the pump from the app no need to dig out you credit card. The store didn't have a restroom.”
